awe that sucks.. there are some that keep 'em.. but i don't what breeds do. pigs are a bit down my need list, lol xP

heh. if my husband found it, , it would be in the "pot" we have a FAT LARGE squirrel that runs around here. and every time the hub sees it, he says "OOoooh September, the Pot is coming for you"

(heh. we had a pig. and a cow. but it was for 'meat' purpose only. he would come home and say some cute thing about the animal, and i'd get into his face, (loudly) 'DON'T TELL ME THINGS LIKE THAT IF YOU WANT ME TO EAT ANY MEAT'

hahahaaa i remember as a little girl, my grandfather had gotten some pigs, and my dad and uncles named them after "themselves" (one was pink = my dad, one was white and black = my oldest uncle, and the other was black= the middle uncle) when it came time for the slaugter, NONE of those Big Bad Hunters could do it. hahahaaaaa

It is to small to eat right now. We talked about raising it and making it big and then eating it but I can’t keep it in my house that long and now it isn’t eating so I don’t want it to starve either. –the struggle- We wouldn’t be able to kill it either if we raised it but I could probably eat it after it was gone DX lol! Those are nice boots! I try not to look for my wl cws lol!! I am trying to save so on black Friday I can buy a few cws and all my delish wishes :O We are doing a big giveaway for our forum group on Monday. Pretty excited got it all written up lol!! Its gonna be the biggest giveaway I have done yet. No csc or cws but hopefully people like it :P

When it gets a little bigger it is likely my dog is going to bite it and kill it :/ ug and my husband is going to be home super late tonight DX No mommy, I think they got separated in the storm, plus this is like the city so it probably kept on going down the way

i like birds. always try to have a feeder, etc for the birds around the house. but haven't gotten one this year, for this house. AND NOW I'M GLAD I DIDN'T because im ready to KILL ME SOME BIRDS!!

there's this one bird, that ATTACKS MY CAT!! i SWEAR.

my cat is OLD (we've been waiting for TWO years for her to die! the kids /which are adults but still "my" kids/ have started calling it the "cat who won't die") hahahaaaaaaa any way. she's just an old grump kitty. doesn't do any thing but eat and sleep. looks like bones walking. (even though, MY GOD DOES SHE EAT) /even the neighbors feed it, because they feel so sorry for it. Very Embarrassing/

but this damn bird, ACTUALLY comes down to the ground, about 6feet away from the cat, that's just laying there trying to sleep, and SCREAMS at it! if she's (the cat) is walking across the yard, it dives bomb her! i swear, i need a BB GUN!!! (if i had a real gun, i wuld shoot out the other house. the shed. the vehicles. the lawn mower. the kid next door.

nO NONO!! not that last one. (heh. he never comes out of the house) LOL what i mean is. I couldn't use a REAL gun to try to shoot the bird, because i would likely have a TERRIBLE accident. :D :D

i do that with the 'tomato wine sauce" i make!! (it's rachael rays) but i've started doing that (IF i have the wine) for A Lot of stuff!! lol especially any type of 'sauce' or 'stews'

yes it was and me talking about cooking with wine, because last week I made this slow cooker stew I do with wine and Diana wanted to try it so she did & she liked it. It doesn't have tomato sauce though. But it's still good! And it has most of a bottle of wine so I buy a bottle every time I make it.

And I had a few ounces of wine left so I put some in the meatloaf I made a few days ago. It was maybe a mistake because I forgot to put egg in the meatloaf so it fell apart and I'm not sure if the wine made it fall apart or just the lack of egg did it. It was still really good tasting as a sort of ground beef casserole though!

When I made tomato sauce, which I haven't for years, I used beer rather than wine in it. One time maybe almost 30 years ago now my husband (we weren't married yet at the time but we were a couple) decided to brew some beer and it came out pretty disgusting, but it made excellent spaghetti sauce....

I like to keep changing my HA too, I'm sure there's lots of people who do.

Elderly cats like that are pretty amazing, your cat who won't die sounds great. Is she 20 yet? One time I met a cat in a bookstore who was 21 and was sitting on her owner's shoulders just chilling. She had this grizzled look, like she'd been in a fire and the fur had all got singed off and then was slowly growing back, and was incredibly relaxed to be riding on her owner's shoulder around a bookstore and undisturbed by anything.

The bird situation seems surprising. I remember when I was little and we had a cat there were birds that would mess with her, but she was young... seems like your cat is a safe target, maybe, since other cats might attack the bird? Has the bird ever hurt the cat or does it just try to scare / annoy her?

at first, i thought the bird was protecting it's nest. and i understood that. but now i think it's just annoying the hell out of her, "Just Because!" (as my mother used to tell me about things i wanted to do and couldn't hahahahahaha)

any way. for a while there, as the cat would just be laying on the front porch mat (which is UNDER a cover) and the bird would actually fly on to the porch about 6 ft away standing and squawk at her! but now, she's been hiding (the cat) under my husbands truck that he's working on, and i have to go out to rescue her from the bird.

(we put her out at night, because she makes messes in the house. hacks up food on to the floors, etc) during the day, i can let her out and back in. but when i sleep, she would just do what she wants.

any way. the man (who does Not like cats) actually walks her out to the shed, where we have food and water for her. to "protect" her from the bird. and i noticed the other day, that not only did the bird "buzz" her as she tried to come into the house, but it looked like she actually 'got her' but when i looked on her back (the cats) she looked ok.

she doesn't cook her spaghetti in water. she uses a whole bottle of wine, so that the noodles come out red. i'd love to try it, but i would be the only one eating it (the husband does NOT like wine, noodles, or tomato sauce of any kind) /i have NO idea why i married him....oh wait... i remember....:D naughty naughty/

any way. in MY opinion, it's the egg that you forgot to put in the meatloaf. NOT the wine :D :D
