~ I don't mind how many items someone has in shop if they're just keeping even with the current lowest price. I don't mind if they decide to price a few points lower occasionally. What gets frustrating is when someone insists on keeping their prices lower than anyone else, AND has 50+ of that item at all times. Then they refuse to let even a single person equal their price--adjusting a few points lower within 90 seconds of anyone matching them--and keep this up constantly. (suspect a bot program might be involved?) This obviously makes it so that no one else can sell their items, ever.

File a ticket if you suspect a bot program.

~ Oh i'm pretty sure it must be. I can choose a random three items out of the many pages they have for sale, adjust my prices to match theirs, and in a minute or two they lower their price to 5-10 sp less than mine. Repeatedly. No matter the time of day. Don't see how anyone could manage to check their prices on hundreds of items, constantly, all day/night long. BUT... can't really prove it, so filing a ticket would only seem petty. I just wish they would at least set it to match the lowest price on the shop search, rather than beating it every time.

The nice thing is that you don't have to prove anything. Subeta staff will investigate the situation. If they find nothing or there's nothing to be found, no harm no foul. If they do find something, your problem will be fixed.

If it continues, please file a ticket so we can look into it! You won't bother anyone, I promise. It's important to us to investigate if there is cheating, because cheating is very unfair to users who play the game by the rules.

If this is the person I'm thinking of - and I think it is - I've already filed a ticket about them. I was told they'd look into it, and the ticket was locked due to inactivity a few days later. It's been going on for a while now.

ETA: Confirmed with Vinushka that we're talking about the same person/people (there's two accounts doing it).
