I'm just thinking but for the reason of people wanting Masquerade extended being trinkets, couldn't there just be a better chance of encountering Boudewijn? When you beat him that's 50 trinkets right there

I personally don't even care about Masquerade being extended, I just want more of a slack between Masquerade and Vesnali. I already have all of the first wave items I wanted :D

I just want a less lopsided event calendar, and this is a good thing.

Especially since May-to-mid-September isn't that eventful usually.

I was honestly just curious. I think he's disabled at the moment, but that would help people with their trinkets, because I get that I had over 4k to get this year alone. As far as it being extended, I understand that too. I probably come off as a brat when I comment, but I'm just disappointed for a longer wait for Vesnali is all XD And I think there's a second wave for Masquerade still coming? The news said something about that, so I was thinking sometime today they might release that but no idea. I agree there's nothing that goes on in Summer, though I'd personally like to see Peka-Boo come back :) Or even a plot. It's been so long since a plot I feel like. Was hoping for something with all the rave items, I thought that was kind of hinting Lol

There is going to be a second wave of items for the masquerade shops, but I have trinkets ready for that :D

I'm working on that now, getting more. And it could be this weekend. I have no idea tbh. Since they extended it, it might be a few more days yet before they release them.

Maybe to make up for moving Vesnali, perhaps it would be fair to make Tempest events a small amount more likely all through April? It makes sense to me. A small incentive. shrug

I'm in full support of having Vesnali in May permanently, but that's because there's usually very few events happening after that until fall. Especially if this gives the artists a chance to prepare more items!

I would rather like to see more pets than items tbh.

I don't think Subeta has the manpower to be "mostly pets" anymore.

Back when the creative staff was double what it was, it worked, but now, it doesn't work as well because there are...2? 3? full-time pet artists. The rest work on mixed stuff, like NPCs or backgrounds, but they don't do just pets. They have other big projects who aren't items or pets

But that's a story for another topic.

Shame, because a lot of Steamworks pets could have used a revamp. And not because old! Just because flat.

I don't mind as long as we get vesnali but I can see why people wouldn't want it moved

and personally I don't care what holiday/event it is, I don't like it extended unless there's a plot involved because I end up bored mid-way through it, I'd rather have events short and sweet but that's just me :x

I am absolutely AGAINST the shortening of Masq so Vesnali can stay and not burn us out.

There's a lull after Vesnali, so pushing it back and having it be mid-spring is way nicer. I dig the idea, because I always end up lacking off for Vesnali because I just to spent from masq. I like both holidays.
