Much of it was destroyed during World War II and was rebuilt after. But zis a fun city to live in. Zere's lot's to do. Most people are friendly, more so zan Londoners.

"Hmm, I'm not sure. I'm mostly thinking of becoming either a curse breaker or an obliviator because I'm familiar with muggles. My parents urge me to be around both communities. But the thought of being a curse breaker is fun. Do you still want to be a healer, Magnus?"

((ooc - I haven't had a chance to snuggle with her the past few days because things have been so hectic. She usually will lay on for a little bit then get up and lay on her chair but not this time. She rolled over on her back and wanted to belly rubbed and she stayed there for a while))

"Yeah parts o' London got it too. But I feel much the same about my London. I loved it there."

"Well, you'd kinda do some work with muggles in curse breaking, cos ain't there curses in muggle ruins? Might even do some oblivatin' with the muggles around the ruins." He nodded and looked at Paul and then continued, "I 'ave though Paul and me mum want me to consider pursuing art. Like doing kid books or pieces for the Daily Prophet." (she sounds precious.)

"Yeah, I love living in Berlin but I'm looking forward to moving to London vhen I finish Durmstrang." Emmett told Magnus

"That is true. I think I'm drawn to being a curse breaker because I love to travel and I love history. I'm taking Ancient Studies, Arithmancy, and Ancient Runes and love it. But I've heard goblins are difficult to work with and resent wizards and witches. I don't want to work for somebody who resents me for being who I am. Ohh, that would be really nice. I'm not very creative. Well, I'm good at baking and cooking but that's about it. ((she is really sweet))

"I remember you saying you like 'istory. If you both became curse breakers you could like be a famous curse breaking couple," Magnus replied. "Are gobblins about on a lot of the ruins?"

"Baking is an art form too," Paul said, "if you are off with just one thing it goes really wrong. Not as bad as a potion mind you but still. So I'd say that's a good skill and you know its creative as well if you are making your own recipes."

"I've heard some goblins try to micromanage on the sites because they want want in the ruins and they get angry if the curse or charm isn't broken fast enough. Others don't even leave the bank. I guess it depends on the goblin. I know I won't tolerate being pushed around. Millie told him

"Trust me, you don't vant to see her have a fit. Her yelling at Lee vhen he vas taking selfies is nothing compared to vhat I've seen. I vas expecting her to do more. She can give a goblin a run for his money" Emmett said while laughing and nudging Millie.

"Baking really is an art. I think that's why I do so well in potions class. My mum has had me in a muggle kitchen since I could walk."

"Ah," Magnus said, "they like the gold and stuff." Magnus remembered her getting mad. "Its a good thing though, being able to stand up for yourself and others."

"What's a selfie?" Paul said. Then he smiled, "I can cook with muggle things. My wife's family are muggles. Though our muggle devices we converted to use magic."

(Anyone that wants to join) Tamsin decided to take the group back to the hideout so they can return the Ford Anglia and they could rest a few minutes before heading back to the castle. "We still have a long way back and we are leaving the car and everything else in place. That means thestrals are free to go, so we are all going in the car! I always wanted to drive that thing!" She got inside behind the wheel and hurried everyone to get in. "Come on guys we are still looking for flowers on our way back!!!" She was laughing like a mad woman now, especially after seeing the reaction on some of the students who thought they were free of that task.

Merlin hop in the car next to Tamsin and smiles. "You are going in the back Paul!" He grins and so did Tamsin. His owl was sleeping on his shoulder and his backpack was on his feet. "I think muggles car would be cooler if they were all like this one."

"I agree." Tamsin replied and changed her eyes to red. "Let's go!"

Paul was not looking happy at all. A normal muggle car was bad enough, but a flying car. "D-do...we have too?" He hated cars with a passion. The car was the most practical means especially with this potion's effect bound to hit him sooner rather than later. Magnus got in without complaint. Finally, the man sighed and got in. Holding onto the handhold so tight his hand was turning white with lack of blood flow--he was so not getting in the middle.

Tamsin laugh at Paul's reaction and begins. "Oh come on, where is your sense of adventure? Don't be such a wuss!" Her eyes would normally be red when she was either excited or angry so this time it meant she was excited with the flying car. We are going to have so much fun! My driving skills are none existent! Hahahaha!"

"Y-you don't know how to drive?!" Paul said, "I think I've had a fair enough of nearly dying today thanks. Who drove this metal death trap the first time? Cos, they are driving it back." He looked wildly around trying to decide how to get the kids there without going in the car.

Merlin quickly answered "It was Lottie!" And grins.

"NO NO NO NO NO! I'm driving! I'M DRIVING!" She had turn the key and motor was running. When the last student got in, she didn't let Paul protest again. "And we are going!" She tried moving it but nothing happened, then on its on, it got to DRIVE mode and took off! "Woohoo! You see? I'm a natural!"

Merlin opened his eyes since he saw what actually happened. "Actually...I think the car is alive!"

Paul's eyes were wide as they took off. He hissed in a breath and muttered something about payback. He thought about trying to get out but the kids were there and he couldn't do it--hell he couldn't even leave Tamsin--as nutty as she was. But the car was driving itself which to Paul's mind wasn't any better. Magnus squeezed the man's hand but there wasn't much else they could do.

The car go up up up and everyone started screaming, some of fear and Tamsin and Merlin seem to be loving it. Their laughter was only clouded by the screams of terror from the students. "It knows where we are going." Tamsin declared since it headed in the right direction.

Merlin then comments. "Well Arrow did mention it was the Ford's home." He smiled. "Good car"

Magnus thought it was cool now they weren't in the middle of trying to rescue people. He didn't voice it though not with Paul as white as a sheet. He wasn't kidding about not liking cars.

The Sun was setting and from the sky the view was incredible. The car strated circling right above the hideout so everyone could enjoy the view. "Oh wow!" Merlin was staring at the sky and the forest from above. "How many can get to see this, huh? Look Paul! Open your eyes!" At that moment a hippogriff flew close to them - wide open wings as powerful as beautiful were shown to them. "I'm dreaming!"

"We all are." Tamsin smiled. "Thanks car, we can go down now." But it didn't wanted to go back yet so it moved quickly in another direction. "Wait! Go back!"

"It's not taking orders Tam!" Merlin smiled but deep down was a bit worried. "It's going to the castle?"

"No idea! This car is crazy!"

"Not more than you." He giggled. "I trust it."

Paul didn't have his eyes closed. He didn't like this one bit, but he wasn't about to close his eyes either. "uh-huh," he said, "that's nice....please car, good car, sweet car....can you set us down... please?"

The car seem to go to the castle but once close enough, it made a turn and went back to the forest taking them farther than their previous location and to the other side of the forest. "Oh not this side!" Merlin murmurs.

Then the car went down, it moved through the woods fast and then went down a tunnel, opened its door and stopped. They were in a muddy place that smelled bad, a mixture of humidity with mold and death. "I don't want to stay here." Merlin told the car. "Can't you take us back to your place?" But it didn't moved and then the lights turn on and in front of them- black flowers. "Oh look! Tam!"

She snickred and comments. "How can you be excited about mud? You like everything!"

Merlin giggled. "I certainly don't, but forgot you can't see them. There are plenty black flowers here! At least like a dozen or less."

"Really?! I love this car!" She kissed the wheel. "What are you waiting for? Get them!"

Paul stumbled out the car. He patted the car and then stood warily waiting to let the kids pick the flowers. The sooner they left the better...now he was really concerned and wished he'd never taken the damnable potion.

Magnus hopped out the car and went to a flower, hoping this one didn't turn him into a bunny again.
