They were in the middle of the forest how was he supposed to change? He sighed. "I couldn't go away from the group, so best just get out of the rags and into the clothes fast." He shrugged.
"Magic doesn't always work as well. Silver and dittany work best for Werewolf wounds. But dittany is fast. Makes it look days old and prevents scaring." He said it quietly though, so he wasn't sure if anyone actually heard.

Lee happily looked at the photo of the heron. "That's beautiful, can you send that to me..?" he said with a smile. "I think I will file that under art reference."

Merlin smiled. "Ahh Lottie, I didn't know about the Bee Pollen! You see, I love this things because we can all share our knowledge, if anyone knows any other helpful plant please do share."
Merlin put his tongue out to Magnus and shook his own bottle of essence of dittany. "What do you think heal me so fast? Mom says I can't leave home without it because I am a walking accident and well I live in a dangerous place."
merlin nods. "It is a very good question and my answer is this. I don't fully trust healing charms, at least not from me, and I have seen some gone pretty bad. If you don't know how to do them properly you can cause more damage. I am good with charms, spells and potions but not great with healing ones and I trust my mom's potion with my life."
"I could have healed you." Tamsin kinda made a pout but knew he didn't even wanted her help.
((OOC: Fable it is fine, you don't need to apologize!)
Tamsin stood up from Merlin's side and looks to the group. "I think we had enough coffee and chit chat, let's move over to that clearing over there, maybe we get a better view, I see more light there."
Merlin stood up, and realized he tripped because there was a big hole on the ground. "I think they are prints...kinda big too. I hope it is not a troll."
Tamsin looked at the print and shook her head. "It's too small for a troll, you don't want to see one, you probably fit in it- you are kinda small Merls." Merlin noticed she was trying to make peace with him but he frowns as a reply. "Oh come on!"
"I may not be very tall but at least I am more careful with living things than you." Her expression changed and then she stayed quiet. "Lets go to the sunlight then."
Charlotte held out a seal-able bag tp Magnus for his clothes. "Here...to mask any smells...maybe someone can repair them back at the school." and she blushed a bit.."Well I get safety...but...oh never mind." it was done and he was changed. She wasnt going to argue with him. If he wanted his bits hanging out for all to see then so be it.
She walked back to Lee and Anne and checked up on Poppy. She was quietly showing pictures of the things she saw to Lee and Anne while waiting to move again and for Lees question to be answered. She heard Magnus and understood...but was it best because he was a werewolf? or would it work like that on everyone.
((If I need to edit I will...sorry))
To Merlin
"Actually...tobacco is very popular for healing too...but it could be because we had the native american influence...it helps to dull the pain..." she chuckled at his comment about being a walking accident. "You are...a bit..." she couldnt bring herself to say it. She then whispered in Merlins here. "Something survived her blast...a flower...didnt feel right telling anyone about it." she hoped it would bring him some comfort. She then made her way back to Lee and Anne.
To Lee
"Oh sure...but Im sure by the end of this your going to be wanting all my files! I want some of the ones you have too please..." she smiled at him.

Lee nodded. "Thank you, Merlin, 'go with what you trust'-it's a great idea," he said with a smile.
Then they were getting ready to move, and he hung back to walk with Charlotte. Tamsin and Merlin stopped to look at a large track, and he was curious, but large wasn't usually a good thing. He slowed his pace to match Charlotte's.
"So what do you think made that track he fell in..?" he whispered to Charlotte, "and of course, you can some of my pictures too."

She looked up at Lee and with playfully pursed lips she blurted quietly..."A dinosaur!!" she said with a bit of a southern accent she chuckled at that.
"I think they might have a different curriculum then Salem did regards to healing...but I do love learning about the other plants..." she smiled at him. "Its always handy."

Magnus smiled. "Sorry was distracted being an exhibitionist, but you're mum is right, you totally 'ave to 'ave it with you. Then again so do I."
He shook his head, "No need, but thanks again Charlotte. Me bag is already charmed." He just shoved the rags into his bag and slung it over his shoulders wincing but following along. He just planned on tossing the clothing.

Lee laughed. "Well, let's hope it doesn't eat meat then." He smiled. "yes, I think they did here too, I mean it would make sense, on the one hand to teach everyone in the school systems standard herbology, but...on the other hand, regional availability makes a huge difference...a lot of factors." He shrugged.
"Must be why I smoke, " he said, with a quiet chuckle, "I need a lot of healing."

Tamsin was very quiet and walked ahead without paying much attention, she seem upset and didn't notice there was a trap exactly where she wanted to go.
"Pay attention Tamsin!" Merlin called to her since he did saw the trap and she stopped right in front of it. "You are supposed to protect us, so stay focused and forget about the rest."
"Thank you Merlin." She responded in gratitude but bent down to see what kind of trap it was. "I haven't seen this one before, have any of you know it?" The trap was like those muggle ones with iron fangs. "It's creepy."
[Edit] ((Picture))

Drew gave Merlin a little smile at his enthusiastic awarding of points. "I'm just glad you're alright, Merls," he said quietly. "I know you and Mags know a lot about plants and could handle things, but it's a bit scary to see a friend get hurt."
As Charlotte directed comments to him, Drew inclined his head slightly. "Didn't know any of those you mentioned. I'm just recalling things I've heard from my cousin who loves herbology. And I've got things covered with me and Dodge, thanks," he said.

Lee moved quickly but carefully up. The trap did indeed look like the muggle ones. "That's not right, those things are cruel and should be illegal." He looked around for a thick stick to set it off with.

Why would there be a muggle trap in the forest? "Its a bear trap," he said with a strangled voice. "'Ope its not someone trying to kill the wild werewolves in 'ere."
She smiled at Drew and nodded. "Your cousin is good at Herbology? Its a good thing you remembered those. Good knowledge." she smiled. "Ive always loved plants..." her attention moved to the situation.
She had chuckled at Lee's comment. "Oh yes...so much healing.." then looked over at Tamsin. "Miss Tamsin please be careful!!! What is that doing here!! Lee be careful!"
((Im sure Im behind.))

Returning with one, he said " I used to walk in the national forests back home, and can you believe people set these in there..? Protected land, and they can still use these to trap."
He shoved the thick stick into it, setting off the trap, making it safe for the widlife again.

Merlin pass a log to Lee so he would put off the trap since he wasn't sure how it worked. "Please." He was worried that thing could get any animal or person. When Magnus commented about werewolves he felt pain in his stomach. "I sure hope not, Mag, this is too cruel! Imagine any of us or our pet have got into it, it would chop off our legs!"
Charlotte looked hurt seeing the trap. They were indeed cruel things and she was glad Lee deactivated it.

Lee examined the teeth on the trap. "they weren't going after pelts with this, it would take the limb right off, and the animal would get away. This was meant for something bigger.."

Magnus was shaking with anger. Why here? what was someone doing and why? Whatever the reason it was not good. "If I find who did it, I'll make sure they feel that trap." His hands were trembling. "Keep a look out for others"
She uncovered the chain and was following it back carefully to its post. She knew people usually put them down with markers so they could tfind things and usually on a path....'why would anyone set this?' "please be cautious...there might be more...they have a habit of putting down...sets.." she said looking for the tell-tell signs.
She picked up a thick stick to bring with her. "they will be slightly covered...so look for shinies..."

Merlin was very worried now, who would do that and why? In the dark forest? He looked at Tamsin to see what she would say.
"I need to take one of those back, we need to find who put this here and why and I truly hop it is no one from school." Tamsin was on the lookout for the traps. "I want everyone to be extra careful, move the leaves with branches before stepping anywhere."
((OOC: I always forget to ping.))
