Question- how often does a new loyalty card come out, and do you think there will be another bonus weekend before it retires? I'm not sure how much notice we typically get, and wondering about my purchases this weekend.

The last card came out Nov 14 retired Feb 10. Not sure when they announced the 2/10 retirement, but they did announce on 11/1 for the previous card.

(Basically, should I buy more this weekend to try to get a new stamp before the card retires?)

It does tend to be every few months or so. I'm not sure if they have an exact schedule really, but I think they do try to give like a 2 week notice or so. If you want to get in another stamp, it might not hurt to buy some CSC this weekend. 3 months from the last card release will be around the middle of May, which would be before the bonus weekend for May probably. Assuming it ends up being around the same time of the month, of course, but I can't be 100% sure.

[edit]After doing a bit more research, it seems like some times in the past they have only given a few days of notice before the card retired instead of a week or more. The past year or so seems to be consistently every 3 months though, so I would say we can expect a new one to be pretty likely for next month (May).

Some final Vesnali-related reminders ~

In case you missed it during all of the wedding excitement on Saturday, the Rainbow Wedding Cake item has been re-released as a free gift! Who knows how long it will be available, so get yours while you can.

This is your final reminder that the Vesnali Forum will be closing tonight at 11:59pm, so finish up any contests or other threads you have going.

The wedding reception area will be open through next Monday (May 29) for you to get some cake, sign the guest book, and donate to charity.

Yeah, I wish Vesnali could be a bit longer as well, especially since there isn't really anything scheduled after it until much later in the year. It was still fun though, the wedding was an interesting idea for something new!
