Of course! I'm not much for /measuring/ things but I can give you the general gist :P Usually I use low heat and heat the whole milk slightly before adding half a spoonful of lavender buds. I stir it constantly for about 10 minutes and then turn the heat off and keep stirring for about 10 more minutes. Then I strain the lavender buds out and put the milk back on the stove at medium-low heat. I add half a cup of milk chocolate (chips, baking bar, whatever) and stir until melted, then two spoonfuls of dark cocoa powder (or 1/2 dark chocolate bar if I have it) and one spoonful of sugar and mix until that is dissolved. Then I add maybe 4-5 drops of vanilla extract and keep stirring on the stove for 2 minutes-ish. Pour and enjoy with some marshmallows on top!
