Nuclear is another color I'm not a fan of, but mainly because I don't think the pets need the radioactive symbol on all of them to let us know they're radioactive AND

It's a colorfill. The potential of a special color is lost completely, and that's more of why it's meh to me; I think of how it could be SO COOL as a special color and....nope, just a colorfill.

I'm glad someone else also dislikes the experiment. Not my favorite by a long shot.

Vibrant kills my eyes. I want to love the colour... but my eyes are like "Save me!" D'8!

what comes to mind are all the colorfills. i never really intend on having one. like, i love zentus but not having any other colors is a dealbreaker lol

And I'm the complete opposite - reposes look too inconsistent from one pet to another, and take forever to be updated when a pet is revamped.

Graveyard. There are a few I like (Clawsion, Fester, Ghostly) but overall I find it really off-putting. I like the color palette and I think the art for a lot of them is good, but when I think about dying things too much I start to picture bloated/leaking bodies and imagining the smell. x: You can probably guess which Subeta holiday tends to be my least favorite too. |D; I wish that, as a color, it expanded beyond zombies and into ghosts and skeletons and things like that.

I love the themes of Harvest and Nuclear but I'm not big fan of colors either. Harvest feels too.. shiny? It reminds me more of metal than Autumn. I love the teal accents and the eye color for Nuclear but I don't know why anyone thinks neon green on black is a good idea.

Vibrant, Sun, and Dawn. Vibrant is actually ok as long as the bright greenish yellow isn't the dominant color. Sun, I just dislike orange/yellow color schemes. Dawn is just kind of disappointing because it's a nice loud pink color on some pets (chelon, hikei, legeica, xotl) but it's a bland, kind of flat pink on others. (tutani, magnus) This could easily be fixed with revamps, so I guess it's not a big deal.

In each colour are some pets which I like and some pets which I don´t like.

That would have to be Bloodred, Graveyard and Nightmare. I'm here for the cute, not zombified and/or visibly pissed off pets ;) I don't care much for Hydrus and Steamwork either, but I don't rule out even having one of those.

I like some graveyard pets over others, but that's purely just because I find some of them kind of frightening to look at though.

The Graveyard Legeica for instance is one of my favorite pets on site. I love the fact it shows bone anatomy and isn't as gruesome as some of the others appear to be but, I don't think there's any one pet where I dislike the color entirely so much as I dislike certain pets in those colors, if that makes any sense. I.e. I can appreciate how well-drawn the graveyard color is and the inventive ways to showcase rot, but some of them, nope.

Dawn, I mostly dislike pink

I do not like cream, just something about it seems very dull

I do not like simple colors like dusk, down, field, gold etc.

Now Hydrus tho, I mean I still like it, but I think our Subeta artists here could do a slightly better job. Some of the pets haven't been updated in YEARS.

somehow they give off a smooth-shiny sort of appearance despite them having fluff. the celinox doesnt have the same blue contrasting eyes that most gold pets have. the devonti looks like a half-coloured pet. the aeanoid is yellow, but thats probably because they havent been revamped. the torrent and demi looks too much like their common colours, and the pherret and mortiking arent even gold. i cant even like the endeavor, whos common colour looks more beautiful as a 'gold' to me.

i feel theres potential in this colour though! i'd love to see either a solid metal-looking pet like the tigrean or priggle (though i still dont like either very much, but theyre the better half of the bunch), or perhaps a kind of gentle fur-gold kind of colour, the kind that is more naturally seen on animals, or that which matches with .

but for now, gold is the lowest in my book. i also hate lilac, but thats because i hate purple, so that doesnt really have anything to do with the colour being the colour, its just me :T

Reading this thread and looking at the colors on Subetalodge has made me wonder if there are any plans to revamp the older, inconsistent ones. At least on the colorfills where there isn't any redrawing to be done it might not be too big of a project... Well, as long as they still have the PSDs and depending on how they're set up.

I mostly dislike graveyard pets because I don't want roadkill and stuff like that as pets. I also dislike Nuclear and with some colors I dislike the contrasting color like the yellow on some dawn pets..

Seems like a lot of people don't like vibrant, and I have to agree. The color scheme hurts my eyes, tbh.
