I'm going to have surgery next Mon for my last (but very problematic) wisdom tooth. High chance I'll get dry socket again so I'm trying to prepare with my aunt a battle plan to make it a bit easier this time around.

With the holiday times coming up I'm sure restaurants will need more staff ;) Wow, that's a pretty high score. I have trouble getting past a few rounds :P

yeah, most of the time I get 2 or 4, but I have gotten into the low hundreds before too. Not very often.

And Tom went and applied at one nearby restaurant yesterday, and plans to go to another one that's close by today. We only have one car, so he's trying to stay close to home, but public transportation is easily accessible too.

He has lots of experience and even worked in fine dining at a casino for a few years, so I'm hoping he finds something quickly.

If he can find something he's happy with it's worth taking a bit of time. Restaurant jobs can be pretty stressful so a good work environment close to home can make a world of a difference :)

I tossed my extras from Halloween into one of my shops, haven't priced them yet, I plan to go through and see who needs what before I do :) So many items I didn't get, mostly the reapers and candy balls from the second release because you need 2 of each - one to wear and one to eat, lol, and then a couple of the second wave books... I really wish when more items get added (to any event) where there are items from previous years, that at least one previous year wave would get removed, I ended up with far too many elf ears and gnomes than I would have liked - they did make for great fragging items, but still, the ratio was way off for receiving new items verses old items....in my opinion anyway...

With that bit of rantyness I'm off, lol. The hubby wants to go look at a new truck today, and who am I to tell him no ;) Have a good one all! <3

I agree with you. I think they should have at least dropped the oldest year's items, when the second wave hit. I really began to dislike those ears. The squat dwarf is still kinda cute though, lol.

Yay, Tom got a job - the first place he applied at. It's an upscale casual restaurant in a cute small town's shopping district, right on the river. He starts training Tuesday. We're both so excited.
