I've been so busy with traveling and business that I keep forgetting to hop on here and do my dailies...totally reset the bathhouse...again, lol. Congrats to those with seriously high consecutive days! Well done <3

For those that aren't on my facebook or instagram, Ariana graduated from Basic Training on August 10th! We were able to spend the day with her on the 9th on base and then drive her to her next base for AIT in Virginia - she's currently at Fort Lee <3 After checking in on the 11th, she was given a pass so we were able to spend the remainder of Friday and all day Saturday with her, she had to be returned to base by 7:30 am Sunday morning. Getting to spend time with her was amazing - though I wish I had taken more pictures! She will be at Fort Lee for the next 6-9 weeks and from there she will either go to Texas or Florida (home state but 9 1/2 hour drive!). She had her first huge physical test on Wednesday where she had to wear the bomb suit plus carry a 65 lb missile (not active or dangerous if dropped) and complete a circuit on their track within the allotted time. The girl passed with flying colors! So proud of her! Twice a week they will do their PT wearing the suits and she will be retested every two weeks. At any time if she fails the test she can be removed from her MOS (job) of EOD (explosives). She's currently loving the new base and has of course made many new friends, the best part is she gets more frequent phone calls from this point forward <3 as well as access to her electronics and internet, so staying in touch is much easier all the way around <3

Enough of my book <3 Going to play catch up real quick on the things I missed..apparently my GA expired while I was gone and while I could buy another, I think I'm going to wait until I have more time to be onsite - or they run a sale, lol. Have a wonderful day everyone <3

I've been spending a lot of time on WoW, but looks like I came on to see another quest a thon starting. I might actually participate in this one! I love WoW, but I'm getting a little bored with it. It might be time for a break lol

Congrats to Ariana and best of luck to her, Theresa! It's been cool to see your posts about her on FB. Tom was in the army, so it's interesting to me to see her journey. He was in Fort Lee, Fort Hood and also in South Korea, apart from being in the first wave of Desert Storm back in the early '90s.

- Ariana is currently at Fort Lee! What a small world <3 She's there for the next 5 or 6 weeks at this point, and so far has passed all her tests. The EOD class went from 19 to 6 over the past week, with her being the only female left. These first 7 weeks are the hardest for EOD, not that it gets much easier but there's longer study between testing for the second and third rounds of AIT than in the first... so far so good! I know she can do it, girl just needs to get out of her head and know that she can do this <3

Taking it easy this afternoon, I have a Live tonight & then again on Wednesday, so much fun <3 I should be prepping or cleaning or the thousands of other things that need attention, but instead I'm just working on relaxing this afternoon, lol, the pool is seriously calling my name - I think I may have to give in and go for a swim once the Eclipse is over (for our area that's about an hour away).

I bought a core from a friend a year or two ago, so have a ME. It would be nice to have another core though. I imagine the price will plummet though.

I also still need the Gelatin Slayer achievement/weapon, but am focusing on hydragellos for now.

So did they up the chances of tomes because of the war? I turned in 24 amulets and got 6 tomes :) I suggest trying if you have a hoard lol.

Anyone get anything good from questing? I see that some are spitting out old retired items.

Wow, nice Jenn! I only got 2 amulets from Quentin yesterday and didn't turn them in yet. And, I didn't notice anything especially good from questing overall yet. Some nice sP though!

I'm doing some questing but I'm leaving for the weekend in a few hours and won't be back till Sunday night. So I'll miss out and any potential good stuff come my way. Its a camping along with an event I"m going to and I hope I be warm enough since the weather has been way to cool this summer.
