A nice warm bath with Epson salts or a soothing shower, some relaxing tea like chamomile, earl grey, or lavender... or warm milk with cinnamon & honey, a movie or a book to distract the mind, fresh bed sheets...

these are some of my tricks that help trying to get some restful sleep. Then again, I also need meds to help knock me out, especially if I'm extra stressed. It can be a challenge but feeling rested when waking up does help reduce stress. Hope you have sweet dreams :)
