Back from vacation, got to see my grandfather I hadn't seen for 19 years. I enjoyed myself but caught a cold & dealing with food probs so I'm keeping myself low key.

The colors are really starting to pop around here! We're gonna head out soon and see if I can capture some pictures on my camera. I'm stoked because Sunday we're going northward to enjoy the peak foliage. It should be gorgeous!

The colors were pretty amazing! I just wish the clouds had gone away... we couldn't see the peaks of any of the mountains. Here's my favorite picture:

Headed to Fort Benning this afternoon <3 We've checked and double checked and the roads from here to there are clear! Spoke with someone on base and they only had very minimal damage which was mostly cleaned up already. Some of the photos and videos coming out are beyond scary and sad :( The panhandle will be cleaning up and rebuilding for years to come.

I'm loving all the HA's too! Halloween is my favorite time of year <3 We have an annual party - costumes required! Still haven't decided what I'm going to be yet - but I've narrowed it down ;)

Nice picture. I didn't take pictures on my trip but my father had a small camera that filmed 4k with a stabilizer so I was the main one recording our vacation. He plans on putting clips together to do a scrapbook film, when he has time.

Still weak from being sick, but slowly getting better. I'm super busy this month with appointments, participating in a cooking club, and trying to close 2 gardens @.@ Hopefully Nov will be a bit calmer.
