I think the background is rather than ; the moon's edge is smooth rather than giving light in flares, and I see the angled tree trunk and thin twigs. So you need to start saving up CSC rather than RBP ;) Ah, yes, checking the ID confirms it: Private Outfit

So it seems like Lihra has used the Circle Stencil Sheet and then layered something else over it which is light blue. I thought it might be a bath bomb or the Moro blob gushers but it doesn't quite match. So... what's this light blue layer and gosh I hope it's available in other colours too!

I'm pretty sure it's a combination of things and unfortunately there's at least one piece I feel like I recognize and just can't pin down.

However, a combination of (layered bottom to top) gets pretty close

we're lucky, there's a saved HA! Outfit Not Found So, it's a five-layer backdrop: as the base, on that, as a stencil, and then + for the final effects.

High five for background-obsessed club! The Chilled Vial is great, but CWs are so expensive ... you might find some things you like in Layering backdrop bits: floor, wall, sky, props, SFX section 3.2
