You are right, I have aniexty pretty bad but I kept that shit bottled up as much as I could at work! I have always been in the customer service industry and I couldnt let my frustrations show out in work ;-; You think your on the verge of firing her? ;0;
Nothing too crazy yet, no. We have one woman who is a nightmare. She makes all kinds of appointments and then changes them all or cancels and then yells at us for like no reason and then comes in all apologetically. She's a koo-koo. Where do you work now? No. Not at all. She's actually so good at her job when she's in a good mood! It's just when she's frustrated or upset everyone can read it. She's had better good days than bad lately though since I told her to get her shit together haha.
LOL!! Yeah she might be off her rocker a little. Be grateful you only have one of them xD I had plenty when I was a sales rep!!
