Well a busy weekend, a bad Sunday :/ Went out the night before with my friends, and one of them was ill and upset (she's been through a lot recently, with her dad having a stroke and her battling stage 1 breast cancer...) so we had to take her home. I woke up with a stomach ache, that persisted through my 4 hour shift at work, and then I had to go home from 2 hours of training after only half an hour as I felt awful. Plus at the start of my shift I found out a customer had made a complaint about me which was a load of lies :/

I'm alright thanks, had a stressful few hours at work because of a certain person I work with but oh well! I don't have to see them for another week so :P

What happened? I have one gal at work who stresses me out a bit! I'm watching curling. Just finished doing my nails! I got the book :D

It's a long story, so a short version is that my Aunt orders food from the takeaway where I work every other Friday night, and she lives in a flat/high rise. One of the delivery drivers, John, moaned last week and said I needed to tell her to come to the entrance of the building to get her food instead of him going up to her actual door, which I wasn't going to do. He took her food again tonight, but buzzed up and said can you get it from downstairs, because he'd parked illegally on double yellow lines. An argument ensued, my aunt phoned me to tell me what had happened, so I had a go at John because its downright disgusting that customers are paying for a service that they aren't receiving. He threatened me with physical violence (I use my words, not threaten harm against people), so I told him to basically do one. He's a colossal idiot anyway, but I'm gunning for him now, and I don't quit until people get destroyed...

Oh well :) Oh very nice! :D I got the book too, sort of wish I'd got the trunk but I'm praying there's still some left in 20 minutes time!! :O

Not really, I just answer the phones and take orders etc, and he drives, but its the fact that a customer had a complaint, one which I thought was exceptionally valid, regardless of whether I'm related to her or not, so I stuck up for her. Though of course I don't take too kindly to people disrespecting not only my family member, but myself, so I let him have it back- I'm no push over haha!

Well, everybody who works in the shop heard us, and I asked someone who we think of as a little more senior than us about what he thinks, and he stuck up for John. Which is insane, because he should be thinking about the business and should stick up for the customer :/ So I'll probably talk to the owner of the shop on Tuesday and see what she says- tbh I'm kind of annoyed at people getting paid a lot more money than me for doing half of their job, when I bend over backwards to do mine and get paid far less and I complain far less :/
