can someone please tell me how to fix my wardrobe? x I've updated wardrobe - there were items there but not sure if they're mine or if they are to show me what's available? Sorry been so long and so many changes since I've played x

Can anyone please tell me how I get items into my shop & galleries? When I click on the item it says select shop to put the item in but it doesn't show them, instead it says back to items?

have any of you email subeta support before? If so how long did it take for a response? I’ve forgotten my PIN so emailed a few days ago to ask if there is anyway to reset it without having the old one but so far I’ve heard nothing back :( x

We got new shops sometime in the last year, you can have up to 6 shops and galleries. You will have to make new ones. Forget the e-mail and just file a ticket, you should get a fast reply.

I did file a ticket, and they told me that they can’t help, and that I had to email support :/ x

have you tried going into your shop and clicking on quick stock? should be able to move stuff out of your inventory that way?

my shops are legendary (I think that’s what they’re called) so I cannot do anything, I’ve been told I need to make new shop/galleries but I cannot move any items due to not having my PIN (my passwords & pin was stored on an old harddrive which packed in) so waiting on a response to an email to support. I will give support another day to respond and if nothing I will try message Keith, thank you x

there's info here and there's a topic on the beta test here which might help.

I can't remember how we moved items over but we definitely did! On page 15 of that thread there's a picture showing someone moving old items. you'll need to create new shops which you can do here I think. I have the max so can't tell if that's where you create new ones or not! x

cazra unfortunately because I have my shops, vault etc pinned I can't move anything until I manage to get the pin changed, I am reading all info on those links now x

So quiet in here these days :( - both my kids now have accounts on here so I will definitely be playing on a daily basis to help them if anyone wants to chat x
