thanks you guys :) my birthday was eventful lol. i spent a week in the hospital. my actual birthday i spent fasting, waiting for a spinal tap and isotope injection. looong story. but jason, my fiance had a delicious red velvet cupcake waiting for me when i could finally eat. basically had brain surgery (a shunt revision) on nov 14th. then had complications. was in and out of the er 2-3 times. i cant remember. and then i was put in observation for about a week. got out a couple days ago. feeling a lot better so far. still got high pressure but pain is wayyyyy down. :) i know yall didnt ask for that big of an update. but eh. ive been hermitting from yall for over a year now, right? jesus. so. i wanted to say all that and also say thank you for the thoughts and prayers ive been getting. everything helps. i miss you guys a ton. im hoping i keep feeling better and better and can be up for socializzing again. i need to catch up. oxoxoxo

New board (new chitchat?), new gifts, new goodies, all kinds of new things :D

Lots of new in RL too...new experiences for me mostly lol I am so totally exhuasted today...nothing much like trying to do your job plus the teachers job. Yes, I had a sub in the room, but they dont know the routine and all like I do, so I am trying to run it all!! lol My poor teacher is out for the rest of the week..and all while we have all sorts of christmas projects going on, plus regular learning! whew.

I didn't realize you had to make a new thread. We used to have to do that all the time.

there was a recent announcement on the forums regarding Forum Post Limits, and once a thread reaches 5000 posts, it was game over... so yeah, I assume that's why this new fresh thread was created.

Heh. I missed that announcement, I guess. About the 5k posts. About time, if you ask me. I know they were trying to limit how many threads there were, but still, so many posts on one thread seem redundant too, to me! :)

Haha yeah, I probably would've missed it too, but I stalk and lurk in the announcement forum from time to time :P
