The recipe calls for two tablespoons, so no real intoxication there. I bought a 750 ml bottle, the smallest. It'd take all summer to down that. Maybe I'll give it to my cousin who'll help me bake the dessert.

I spent today cleaning my sister's yard. I miss doing that... Boy did she need my help, plus I might go back to build a shed.
I went to the bathhouse, but I wont bother seeing what I get anymore.
What could I do with some of that amaretto?

Amaretto Rice Pudding
Amaretto Rice Pudding is a classic dessert made with leftover rice. It's satisfying comfort food with a delightful almond flavor.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup amaretto
2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Pinch of salt
2 cups cooked long grain white rice
2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter a 1-quart baking dish.
Whisk together eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Add milk, amaretto, butter and salt. Whisk until combined.
Stir in rice. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until center is just set.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
