There's one on cancer that looks amazing, one on parkinson's that looks really good. And there are a couple on epigenetics that I like the look of. It's hard finding a good project with a good supervisor in a good location XD

Aha yeah, I did that on saturday. Sat and read ALL DAY LONG :D Today I went and played badminton with some friends and had lunch with them. Was really fun!

Uhhhh not really, hah. I have the flu REALLY badly. I went to work yesterday and worked a full day then pushed myself to go to our holiday party.. where I nearly fainted TWICE. So I left before dinner was served. And today my ears are KILLING me.

I took off Thursday and so I was jammed with clients Friday and Saturday... I couldn't really call in sick again :( Thanks, love. I have ZERO appetite. I haven't been this sick in SO long. It's the pits. Just had a bubble bath and put on some fresh PJs though so at least I feel clean and fresh!

Yes, it's a movie currently in theaters here. It's set back in the time when America still segregated restrooms and everything for colored people and white people. It's about 3 incredibly intelligent colored women who work for NASA and are helping do the math to send the first man to the moon. It shows the struggles they go through with the extreme racism, and also how brilliant they are. It was so inspirational!

I think after I've seen a few places, I'll start to have a better idea of what I'm looking for and know when it's right. I have some more viewings tmrw after work.

I have 5 (!!!) plushies left in the NY shop, so next year I'll finally, finally be done with all the collectibles. It's the only shop it's taken so long to catch up with. I didn't bother with a GA, if I had, I probably could have finished, but I dunno, I find quests pretty tedious these days and rarely bother!

I'm looking to buy a condo :D Since I've been made a permanent employee (I was 1-yr contract before) I've decided it's time to start being an adult haha. I'm all kinds of nervous and excited.

Nice, it's always good to treat yourself better. Once you get out of the habit, you stop craving it, and it only gets easier from there :) Was it a resolution of yours to eat healthier?

It was! Sadly I had pop at the movie theater yesterday, but it was the first time in about 2 weeks, so I didn't feel as bad, and I didn't drink very much. I don't plan to cut it all out forever, but moderation is nice, and I would like to feel healthier and more energized. And losing some weight wouldn't be the end of the world :P lol

It really is! I'm not as happy with the one I have now as I wanted to be, so I'm about to make a new one. I used to change it everyday lol

I try to change my frequently, but sometimes I just end up in the wardrobe forever with nothing new to show for it so I do it once or twice a week or so now.

What did you get up to over your break? And what classes are you taking this semester? You excited to go back? Do you live far from your grad school?

Hey darling! How you doing?

I spent time with my family and my partner's family, wrote a lot, did some art. I was semi-productive, but also got time to relax. I actually only have one course left - it's on High Incident Disabilities - and then my thesis exam. I'm happy to go back for the most part, yeah! I'm a little nervous for the thesis exam in March. I don't live far at all. I chose a local college after the education center I taught at closed, so it was convenient & saves me money from having to move and all that. ^^

You have a lot of pets with cute names :3 Mercenaire is pretty badass!
