Unfortunately I get migraines every single day, multiple times a day - sometimes I just have one all day long. Most days the effects are around a level 4-6 of discomfort/pain, now that I have medication. But about once or twice a week I still have migraines that reach level 8-9 discomfort/pain. I feel very blessed/fortunate to have found medication that has worked so well for me. Due to the constant state of my migraines I can't remember anything though. lol I have to write everything down and most of my projects end up being half done or barely started just because I get sick/feel bad all the time so it's difficult to do much. That is why I love subeta, it's an easy mind-free escape. C: It seems that there are lots of people who have had migraines and I am really sorry to hear you have had experience with them. hugs

Oh hun, that's awful, I'm so sorry. =( hugs I can't even imagine getting them every day! I am glad that the medicine that you got is helping, though. Do you have a migraine trigger? Other people I know that get migraines often seem to have a trigger, and when they avoid it, sometimes that helps. My previous boss used to get them, and her trigger was chocolate. Mine seems to be getting water in my ears, because I only ever get them after swimming. What you have might be different though, I am not sure. =( Those previews are lovely, though, thanks so much for sharing them! <3 I am definitely going to need to get the griffin, and a few of the colorful things. =D

That is an early start, I am sorry! :C The bath that style does sound very relaxing! I always worry I might fall asleep when too relaxed in a deep warm bath.

It took a long time to figure out my trigger (my whole life actually lol). I didn't realize what it was until I had a super super bad migraine attack while visiting Mexico about 4 years ago. My trigger is artificial lights, all of them except incandescent. Its crazy strange to me that incandescent are ok. Every single light causes me to have migraines so I avoid them the best I can but it's literally impossible in today's world. I never go to the store/dr apts/everywhere else unless my eyes are shut tightly and I have to be led around like a blind person when going out. ex. of lights causing migraines in me: headlights, TV/phone/computer screens, microwave, lights inside buildings (flourescent/LED lighting), etc. Yay for lights!! LOL giggles I do have a positive attitude about it though, which really helps I think. Though there are some days I get reeeeeealllllly down about it - nobody can be hopeful-positive 24-7. :/

That is great that you know your trigger too. Do you avoid swimming then? Have you tried those wax earplugs that are sold for children who get swimmers ear? I had to use those a couple times as a child. What are your migraines like?
