that's a very good point - I was lucky with the first four being on sale when the 5th book came out, but they don't seem to reduce them much (if at all) now :K

[edit] Mum rang the budgie breeder and he answered - he's going to have a look through his baby budgies and see if there's a suitable one (he breeds them for showing, so it'd be one that doesn't meet the colour standards that a show would require ;)), and Mum'll phone him back on Saturday to see if he has one. If not, then we'll wait a week or two until he does have one that'll work for us :D ....all we need to do before then (probably tomorrow afternoon) is get the cage set up on the table, all ready & waiting :D

Ideally I would get pretty collectors editions that would look beautfilful on the shelves. lol

Gonna be good. :) I have spent my dad at my mums. She is on a sickleave because of her back, so I helped her with shopping and stuff. :)

those would look amazing! I've got 4 paperbacks, and the last three are all hardback (one children's cover, the other two are the black adult's cover), so they all look different :K It's the same with another series I bought - the first 5 books look the same, but then the last two came out in hardback first - I wanted to read it as soon as possible, so I had to get the hardback ones :K
