Basically everything went wrong today, Disco's food was even discontinued, so I have to find a new brand and there aren't many types of lorikeet food available. I also somehow managed to bruise my face getting into my husband's car when he came to pick me up after my car broke down. I had to pull over on the side of the highway, so lots of tractor trailers and stuff were flying past. I think the draft from one going past threw the door of his car open faster than I was expecting, and it hit me in the face with so much force that I fell backwards. =X

Yep, lots and lots of water! I heard that adding lemon can help, so I have been doing that, too. I am glad that you haven't had to use them, that's good. I hope that it gets better so that you won't have to go back to the doctor. =X
