I understand you on the spawning :) At 24 I was nowhere near ready to have kids. At 30 I was also not really ready to have kids but some part in me said that I would regret it later if I didn't at least try, so now at 31 I have a baby boy and it's so different from what I expected (in a good way). It has made me grow so much emotionally, but thank god I still get the space to be myself. Sometimes I hear people around me say "look at that mommy" and I'm still surprised it's about me.

The name to represent our Empire <3 Kind of like how for Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II their surname was/is "Windsor", as in House of Windsor. ^_^ With our Empire being so vast, prosperous and "Beyond the Stars", Nyota is fitting, ja?

Nyota also happens to be part of the middle name of one of my characters ^^ Have you ever watched Star Trek? The original one? Lieutenant Commander Uhura's first name was Nyota. ^^

For a long time, she technically didn't have one, as Rodenberry wasn't sure what to pick. But later, they agreed on Nyota <3 I also found out how her character name, Uhura was picked out--when Nichelle Nichols was auditioning for the role, she had the book, "Uhuru" with her. Rodenberry liked the name and the meaning of it, so just added an 'A' at the end of it and that is how "Uhura" came to be ^_^

I think audio books are worth the money. I listen to it when i'm online or sometimes listen while cleaning the house. When I worked, I listened to a lot of audio books while doing data entry. Also they are good on long road trips.

I had thought to be married when I was in my mid 20s and then have kids before 30 or by 30. Nope, life throw curveballs and now I was married at 35 and hubby was 36 and we'd like kids, but know stuff like that takes time. Of course we're more mature now and more stable to raise a family if it happens :)

I was doing some research and I think it would be 15$ per month for me to subscribe to audible. I'm not sure I would be able to listen to that many books per month though. There is a comparable Dutch app (with some eEnglish books but mostly Dutch books, which is slightly cheaper, but it's still much more expensive than the local library. But the library doesn't have audiobooks, so I'm a bit torn by the decision on what subscription I should get.
