HA! That's what my girl is doing!! damn. i'll have to text her, but there is a girl that she watches on youtube? drunk cook? ha. i don't remember. but she got me a cook book from her. it was all vegetarian meals (some of them i really wanted to try) but i let her borrow the book, because she said she was eating a lot of veggies. (she's also cut down, no red meat and not even chicken. she eats mostly fish) i have to admit, when she told me no chicken. lol i hadnt expected that of her. she says she will eat it if she "gets in the mood" but that she's just been staying away from it. (like when she went to DC for the march. they were all so starving, that she didn't care she was eating a hamburger. lol

and i think it's great of you. as long as you are getting the protein some other way, and eating 'balanced'. (grin. which is the same thing i said to my daughter! lol... "are you eating peanut butter and beans?" hahahaaa

I eat a ton of spinach. I think that has a lot of protein...and I always have a freezer full of Annie's veggie meals. I wish I did like meat because every time I do low carb I lose weight SO easily.

Haven't had good chicken in ages. I haven't eaten it for about a year though. All rubbery and gristle ickk. There's so many chicken alternatives that taste better. Family hates it though because they miss my chicken francaise.

Are you a cook or a microwave chef? I'm more microwave chef haha.

: LOL! I am so sorry I didn't explain earlier! When the fisher-humans fillet their catch, there is left a lot of very tasty meat on the back bones. They smoke these and sell them all along the pier for a $1.00 and they are perfectly tasty, nutritious and just wonderful. My Author's mate, Francine coined the term 'chumsicle.'

My Author and his mate took Weldon and I out to eat Mexican Food with their relatives at a wonderful cantina named Plaza Ventana and I got to taste a sip of a classic blended margarita. Wow that was something else, I got an instant ice cream headache it was so cold. I have always wanted to try a martini, so Francine's brother-in-law Steve bought me one. It was ice cold and it tasted like the mountains! I cried when I tasted it, it was so yummy and refreshing and I thought of my home and got instantly homesick. Welly said I was a sad drunk. I only drank one! Welly gets a little mouthy when he has more then one Irish Whiskey. Anyway, I ordered street tacos pescados and Weldon had enchiladas en mole. Then we went to Starbucks and had a mocha frappiccihno and then to Baskin Robbins for a scoop of butter pecan praline ice cream. ( Yes! I got weasel-girl sized servings...I'm not a pig you know. ) I'm on a three day holiday this weekend, so it was great to be able to let my tail down a little. Tomorrow, I'm going fishing.

Yeah, I haven't been around at all this week until now pretty much. I started working Monday and well, I've had my share of assholes for the week. Hell, I think my reserves are spent. Not sure if I want to duel it out with another next week or if I want to quit all of it entirely. On the plus side, I recognized some strengths I didn't even know I had going for me so that's awesome.

Also at the start of the month, an old high school classmate of mine, that I was friends with on FB, that his cat got out and he couldn't find her. At this time I discovered he only lived 3 hours away. So I was going to wait til the newest baby kitties I have were old enough and was going to ask him if he wanted to take two in. They wouldn't replace his baby but could love him just the same. Well, 3 days later he committed suicide via accidental drug overdose. It just sucks!

Well it only seems fitting that we support Tea...BEING the Lovely Rotten Vintage Tea club. LOL I mean its in the damn name. TEA TEA TEA!!! We aren't the Lovely Rotten Vintage Coffee club. LOL
