Does the BHH restock at random times? Every time I enter there doesn't seem to be anything xD Or is there a guide on all the shops restocking times?

It's completely random, as far as I know.

It's similar to Smuggler's Cove on Neopets, if you are more familiar with that? The restocks are totally random and really rare, and one item restocks at a time.

The reason I am lucky to catch an item frequently is that, I constantly check very 20 -30 minutes through the whole time I am on. Even if it says, you have been there to much give it time and go back.

Hmm.... are there other shops that restock very rarely?

- Like , I check every 20-30 minutes while I'm on Subeta. I keep a timer on my phone to keep track. Very, very rarely, there will be two items in stock. That's always a moment of panic, not knowing which item to pick, and then by the time you pick, they're both gone :P

your best bet is hunting around the survival forums. There are a couple different ones where you can post to be listed so that when someone needs your strain they ping you for bites, and then random people will often post that they need bites ^_^

Wow I have only seen it stock one item at a time, and I panic. Because you have to grab it quick. I think Didi got a lot done today on flower achievement, I gave her over 500 just today not counting yesterday. I hoarded so many flowers I shocked myself, LOL. Which is good I got to help alot
