today was a painful day for me I went to the VA and talked to my psych doctor's nurse he is real cool but we talked about life and things that have been going on in my life that are messing with me right now but it really helped to talk to him today I think I am making some progress in my mind but still not quite there yet but really trying to

he wants me to start coming to see him at least 2 or 3 times a month or sooner if need b ... the nurse is really awesome we just talked about how things were going in the world and eventually we got around to talking about me hell we talk for an hour and half he didn't have any other appointments so we just sat there a bullshitted for a little while it felt good to just sit and have a conversation with someone that actually wants to listen and understand what I am talking about thats y I know I can always talk to you about stuff thanks again for caring my friend

So glad you going, dont miss one if you can help it. Just remember when your unsure about going, remember the out come you felt. I know it made you feel lighter than you have in a while. Your not caring things alone, and you can talk with someone who gets it. Which is so important, unfortunately civilians dont get it, to the level you need like other service members do.
