I've kept all the notes from my animal science classes, because it will be nice to refer back to them and give myself a refresher if needed. I have a binder full of breeding and reproduction notes, that also includes my cheat sheet for preg checking cattle.

My old laptop works just fine for Sims and simple games, but it couldn't handle The Elder Scrolls Online when I beta tested it. My new laptop handles simple games fine. I don't know about more complex games because its a 2-in-1 and doesn't have a CD drive.

Fingernails at least, and small scratches that are noticeable at certain angles. I smartphone screen has lots of little scratches all over it from my nails or really dry skin.

Thanks, my first thought was that all the things we'd purchased so far would have to be returned, but then Chris's friend sent pictures of the other 5 pups. Didn't make it easy to pick one when they all look so cute.

Chris stopped in at the vet clinic and asked what shots would be needed and the prices of each thing. Since its a rural vet the prices really aren't that bad. The big expense will be the food.

Right now, my hair is the longest I've ever had it. I had it long in high school and never had any issues with knots then, but it was only wavy at that time. Now that the natural curl has come back, the knots are an issue. In high school, I kept my hair to a short or medium length, but it never looked good, too poofy. A date? That sounds exciting! I'd say, if he's understanding about the health issues, give him a chance. My first date with Christopher was dinner, ice cream and a movie. I might have worn makeup but I don't remember. Christopher always tells me I don't need to wear any makeup when we go out, but it's up to me, so I just go with eye shadow, eye liner and mascara, maybe a lip stain.

Cats do come running for treats, sometimes sounding like a herd of elephants as they come in at high speed. Pistachio (my parents' cat) will run all over the living room when you throw him his treats. He catches a few of them with his paw or mouth, too.

My aunt is grumpy/worried I have a date with him... a little too overprotective at times. I figure it's better I see him before I'm operated since that way we'll both know more if we're interested or not. It would be annoying to correspond for quite a while and then when he meets me realizes he's not interested. Plus, it gives me something fun to look forward to ;) I've been working on improving my makeup techniques so from start to finish it can take around an hour... I only do it for special occasions though. Knotty hair is annoying. I would sit on the couch watching tv and brush my hair to remove the knots while trying to distract myself from the pain. Short hair is easier to manage although when it misbehaves goodness gracious can be quite the sight lol.

Sounds like your notes are helpful to you. My computer science notes were wonderful, but it was usually easier to just use an actual reference book - especially at work because the notes were at home.

Gaming - especially current video games (which almost certainly includes anything you are helping to beta test) puts a huge load on computers and is intended to be played on high end hardware. Most laptops are designed to do that well. Of course, you can play video games on a laptop, but it's generally not the same at all (just like you can see a picture in all sorts of different settings and some have better clarity and colors).

A phone screen shouldn't be able to be scratched by your hands - not even dry skin and fingernails. It is expected that you will be handling it, particularly if it's a touch screen.

Always hard to pick a puppy. That's why, the last time I did it, I wound up with two puppies (not recommended to get both at once, by the way).

That's true usually, when you first get them. But there are regular vet visits and heartworm pills and flea/tick protection and then any ailments and injuries as they grow and when they are elderly. Somehow it always winds up being expensive in the end.

I wonder if next year the method of fighting the hydragellos will be the same... But since I already got a core I can't do it again right? So there wouldn't be much point to losing to it as much as I had this time. :o I couldn't defeat a gelatin wizard even once so congrats xD

I don't know if it will be the same next time either. But you can earn a core again! The limit only applies to the current war, it's usually 1 per account, but you can earn one every year or every time they have the event if you're able to do enough damage. I got one last year and another this year.

3 of my 4 girls love treats so much that I recently ordered a couple treat puzzle units to make them work for it a little more. ;)

That makes sense, it would be letdown to talk to him for an extended amount of time and then find out that he's no longer interested or not as interested as both parties originally thought. Having something to look forward to is always great! I'm useless when it comes to makeup, I've picked up some techniques but I'm not that great. If I put foundation on, makeup can take me 30 minutes to an hour. But then I feel that the foundation is too noticeable even when I'm not putting much on. I think it's due to not wearing it that often. I only do makeup for special occasions too, if I want to wear it every day, I just do eye liner. Its terrible! Just brushed my hair and put it in a braid so it will be easier to wash it later and I came across 3 or 4 good sized knots that didn't want to go. There have been a few times I've come close to cutting knots out (may have once). Short hair is easy to manage, but I always hated it after a shower because it would poof to double in size. So I started straightening my hair to make it manageable. Now I only straightened my hair when the curls are awful (I tend to call it resetting my hair). Christopher will occasionally brush my hair with his fingers, and he will have all knots worked out, go back to where he started and find more. o.O

Yes, these notes are helpful. My notes from math and chemistry were kept for a little while before I trashed them. I kept my accounting notes, but not the book. Now I kind of wish I had kept the book.

Yeah, ESO online was playable on my laptop, but the frame rate had to be dropped down. Chris also beta tested the game on his desktop, which I eventually started using as well, and was playing at a higher frame rate. I don't think I would enjoy playing video games on my 2-in-1 because the screen is small and that would be a strain on my eyes after an extended period of time.

True, but I've never had anything near my phone that could scratch it. Its either on a table, in my pocket or in my hand.

Chris and I had it narrowed down to two, a blonde puppy with a white spot by her nose and a brown and white puppy that looked similar to the original pup we were going to get. Neither of us could really decide but we both knew we couldn't take both, mostly due to the cost, but I've had issues with dogs that are siblings in the past.

There is a flea and trick treatment that is edible that lasts for 2 months (I think). Its pricey, but if it works for a longer period of time, it might be better in the long run. My grandmother's dog is currently on medication for CHF.

I have a friend who has gone Black Friday shopping with her mom and sister for the past 5 or 6 years and loves it. But she said its very interesting to work in Walmart on Black Friday and see all the things people will buy (like 200+ movies and have their credit card be denied)

Pistachio loves treats. Tried using a puzzle treat toy and he lost interest once he couldn't get the treat immediately (he's a little lazy). So he gets his exercise by chasing them and randomly running through the house.

- definitely doesn't sound like your 2 in 1 is a good video game device. Besides the size, screen resolution and the graphics card (or lack of one) can make a big difference - as well as sound quality. I'm sure it's a much more enjoyable experience on the desktop.

I wonder if keeping your phone in your pocket scratches it. If you're wearing jeans, for example, there can be those little rivets. Or you could put your keys or something else in there. Personally, I would not be happy with a touch screen that I couldn't actually touch.

With the sales extended not just one day over here, it's pretty mild. It's like shopping on a busy weekend where there's a good amount of people but not huge crowds where people are in long lines and fighting for things. Also, there are sales online so no crowds there :D

My cousin has really curly hair and she uses products to help keep the curls from going wild/poofy. My aunt, her mom, straightens her hair... although I find her much more visually intriguing with curls ;)

I already knew a lot of makeup techniques but when I winded up throwing out most of what I had since it was several years old, I winded up consulting makeup artists to have makeup tested on me since my skin is very sensitive. I've learned more techniques... but it takes a lot of time and effort if you go for a fancy face, especially since I like to emphasize my eyes and I use several colours to create a sophisticated look... when it works and a mess of things when it doesn't lol.

Gismo sometimes likes puzzles with the treats but sometimes he's just not interested in treats. It's great if you found something they love since it helps bring them to you when needed :) When it's Gismo's bath time, no amount of treats can convince him to come or to enjoy the time.

Well the 2 youngest of my girls are little pigs and will do almost anything for a treat. Will try the new puzzle again over the weekend. It helps keep them busy for a few minutes while I get out of the house to leave for work. ;)

It's great if you can entertain them so they aren't lonely when you leave. Oftentimes I'll tuck Gismo in a blanket before leaving & he usually naps a good amount of time I'm gone. He also likes to greet me at the door :)

That's why I have more than 1. When I adopted my 1st kitten I was advised by a vet friend to get 2 since I work full time, so she wouldn't be alone all day. Now I'm up to 4. ;)

I think I have tuesday off then like friday and saturday off, so the next week should be good

And then there's the stuff for the Black Friday sale on the site, they bring lots of things back but there are usually some new items for it as well. Looking forward to all the stuff that will be released for the rest of the year, this really is my favorite time for the site.
