Thank goodness the pirate shop is closed. Last day or so there was nothing but cheap stuff in there. Glad it's over. Looking forward to more holidays. Alegarten is next. I hope they have some pretty wearables this year.

Excited for Alegarten to start now, new foods/drinks and stuff will be fun!

And then Morostide later in the month :)

Since I got the gourmand achievement I don't really care about the food/drink, just want some pretty new clothes :D And I wish Morostide started the 1st like it used to long ago because I have the 2nd week off but will be working full time again by the time it starts. Darn.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Alegarten is all about... but even more excited about Morostide! I even have an outfit ready but then again I'm thinking of something different :K

Alegarten is basically like Subeta's version of Oktoberfest. It's only a week long, but it's fun with the new items and stuff.

Morostide is really great though! I thought you were here last year for Morostide, or did you join later than I thought? I lose track of time with this site, for example the Omen Island plot already feels like it's been forever ago even though it was only last year. ;~;

So I have quite a few holidays/events to go through before I've seen them at least once ;)

Alegarten might get a bonus to join the brewery club thing, I've been waiting to join till the bonus.

I guess it just feels like you've been here longer! This time of year is my favorite, even though Survival is my favorite overall holiday/event. I've always loved the feeling during the Thanksgiving & Christmas seasons, and the Subeta events do a good job of capturing that same kind of feeling on the site with Fireside and Luminaire.

Plus it's usually also the time that we get the special sales in the Cash Shop, and the Free Shop usually opens for a little while during December or early January. Lots of new items and things to do, and usually more people online as well.

Ooo, sounds like I have lots to look forward too :D Canadian Thanksgiving is coming up soon, but usually events correspond to the American one. Morostide might become my fav... Halloween is my favourite holiday. Although I like autumn in general so we'll see which one's more my cup of tea ;)

Morostide is more spooky, Fireside is more warm and fluffy general autumn theme. But I enjoy them both ~

And yeah it corresponds more with American Thanksgiving in late November.

I'm a medium spooky (can't stand horror movies), more like Charlie Brown spooky :P Comfy & warm anytime :D

Finally got to water my garden & do battle quests so I'll go watch my movie... probably Victor Frankenstein tonight. See how it compares to the original story, probably not much since there's an Igor in it. Although McAvoy plays in it so it should be some fun eye candy he he ;)

Hmm, I'd say it's about a medium spooky holiday. I'm not a horror movie person either, but nothing about Morostide really bothers me. I guess I'm really only "scared" of those kinds of things in context though. Like demon jumpscares in a movie I can't stand, but just looking at drawings of spooky stuff I can handle. It's not too bad, and there are plenty of other like cute-spooky things as well. I guess it just depends if you really don't like certain things, like clowns or ghosts or something.
