[edit]gets HA ready
This time of year I buy several packs of egg dye at the dollar store so I can make bright color eggs any time of the year and put them in a clear plastic egg carton so they look pretty in my fridge. :D Of course, sometimes that makes them too pretty to eat...

that's an adorable idea, I can't help seeing dyed eggs as jordans though. They're just almonds with a candy shellac and suppose to be easter, wedding or baby shower goodies for adults. Only saying adult because they don't seem to be a kid-favorite.
The egg food timeline is the best, CHICKENS!!
I guess I'm an adult? I hate those. Bad candy and ruined almond goodness
what if you made Colorful Chinese Tea Eggs? they don't use easter egg dye, just regular food dye Link
a couple of excellent battle related things happened to me today :D I went to my pets.php page and got the achievement for my pet having 1500 stats in each (except level) so feeling motivated, I decided to do my battle quests. There I got another achievement for completing 250 total (I know, I never do them) But I was feeling confident and kept pushing and I was able to go farthest I've ever gone, completing level 20 of battle quests. My pet beat opponents that I thought he wouldn't be able to... But I had to believe in him and we succeeded :D
congrats! :) if you keep up the bqs, you'll really start seeing the progress =p
I started out with the DS Lite which I had for a number of years before upgrading to the DSi. Then I got the 3DS. I've taken pretty good care of all the DS's I've had, though my 3DS does have a bit of the coating scraped off from being in my purse. My husband and I typically don't get the latest gaming system right away because after a few months the price drops. However I can't really say that the price has dropped much on the New 3DS. I still have my original Wii system but I've been debating if I want to upgrade to the WiiU. I've purchased Animal Crossing amiibos at Gamestop, but only when they've been on sale. I can't spend $12 on a little figure that gets used every now and then in a game.
My husband hasn't played SWTOR in at least a year, he's kept himself busy with Skyrim and going crazy with mods. I've never played SWTOR but I did play Lord of the Rings Online quite a bit. I should probably update the game and see if anything has changed. I started the Dragon Age series with Dragon Age 2 because I found it on sale at Walmart. Fell in love with the game so I found Origins and Awakening at Gamestop. I love all the games, but I prefer the combat system in DA 2 over DA:O, seamlessly switching between which enemy you were fighting in a group and jumping back and forth between enemies. I need to start a new playthrough of all the Dragon Age games and actually pick different people to romance. Somehow I always stick with Alistair, Anders, and Cullen. Remastering the games would give the games a larger fan base because I don't think there are very many people who are going to buy a PS3 just to play DA:O, DA2 or ME trilogy. Here's an article that says yes EA is looking into remastering games in an interview with executive vice president Patrick Soderlund. Then this article says no which is an interview with Peter Moore, ex-executive. Moore left to be chief executive of Liverpool F.C. so maybe now there's another chance for remasters.
Subetalodge says this - "New Feature!!! See the front page to learn all about our new CURRENCY CONVERTER!" But I can't find it any where on their web site. Anybody have a link to this new feature?

That was their April Fool's day prank this year, so it's not going to be anywhere haha.

Hey and Hi everyone! Sorry I have not been around for a few days. Went on vacay and now I am recovering from vacay lol.
Is Vesnali going to be in mid May now? I thought I read that in the news.
I think May 9th? Then again, I just glanced at the date when the news came out.

[item=Great White Shark]
Hey :) Same lol. I kinda skimmed over it a little. I am so excited for it! I love all the flowers and new food items!! Plus it really starts to feel like spring when we have Vesnali ❤
falls into the tank Now, if I can just have some time with no real life drama, it'd be a lovely change!
Hope everyone is doing OK, I will go through things as quickly as I can.
(Sorry these replies are out of date, I need to catch up!) Old items a bit at a time makes them much more attainable. I may be needing Shark assistance depending on the actual Vesnali dates, as we're away for my other half's birthday for a week in May.
Yes, AC amiibo all the way here! Though my niece has a terror of Mr Resetti, so he's banned whenever she is playing. Her dad enjoys chasing her around with the amiibo model too, so I don't think that helps the phobia...
xD
Also: Qrykee!
Thanks for the cake pop! (Not been through the rest yet!) Hope the health issues are behaving enough for you to be getting along OK.
I think the bugs in the game were what was putting him off a bit, really. Plus he's just rebought AsC Black Flag (which he originally had on 360 but the new one's PS4) as he fancied being a pirate again for a bit! So that may take his time for a bit.
We have now been reminded how much he curses at the oversensitive controls, though, genuine pirate language in the room!
xD
Yeah, 3D is a weird thing. Glad it can be switched off on the 3DS. I refuse to go to the cinema with it, I get a bit queasy with the staring! My other half loves it though, especially for action films or superhero stuff. And his friend has a discount card, so it's not as crazy expensive as IMAX usually is.
A family member wo was trying non dairy said that Oat milk was the best one they had, it was quite a thin milk but had the nicest flavour. Oh, and the coconut milk was OK for adding to sauces, but less good in drinks and stuff. And the dairy free ice cream was yummy!
Are you safe with goat's cheese?
Bugs are fine in their own place, if they invade, you must defend! Put some Shark decals on your HazMat suit and the Sharksterminator is born! :p
But good on you for taking on the job and fighting through it.
My sister had problem with ants last year, so she's on the defensive this time, putting wood putty in the tiny wood holes near the floor and so on.
Whilst sorting things is great fun it is full on tiring. Has your dad made any progress with the piles of stuff?
People stealing from the needy and charities is a serious kind of low. You do wonder what goes through people's heads. Or doesn't go through their heads. No brain involved...
I still think if you have the time and resources, some home made or modified vintage or vintage inspired shelves or similar would be great for the special pieces of china/glassware. Or those nice dressers. I guess some of it could be seasonal, so you have different things out each season? And encourages using the things too, for the usables.
How's your leg doing at the moment? Hoping for improvement.
My mum's friend is still not right, but she's being a bit 'I can do it' and not seen the doctor. I wish she would. It's a lot better than before (I saw her yesterday), the foot is not bruised and discoloured any more but her knee is still double the normal size. Still looks ouchie. And she's not walking normally yet either.
(And my sister hurt her foot just before they went on holiday!)
Oh, the leg based traumas! It's bizarre.
Well, the faulty item (it was a dress, but there were pink stains on the front - I suspect make up from someone else trying it on!) was sent back and I haven't got the refund yet, but had to rebuy, as the web site listed it as 'low stock' and I didn't want to miss it!
Missed the eyeliner in the end, it was already gone by the time my TS timer had counted down. Never mind, I shall try again another time!
Well, the job interview was weird but - I have had a provisional call back! As it's a position ofered by the local council they have government guidelines to follow so I have been told the next process could take a couple of weeks to a month... Can't handle this tension, it's not good for me! Taking nothing for granted, so I'll apply for anything else that comes along in the meantime too.
11 duels for the Masq isn't bad, I know some people hardly saw Bee-doo-bee-doo at all during the event. I think we all got sore fins/feet this time round, it was intense dancing. :)
My brother in law is still trying to talk my niece into having a Nintendo Switch for her birthday - but only because he wants Zelda.
Why he can't just be honest with himself, I don't know. Hilariously, she's not at all interested.
Well, we're glad you remembered the site and came back! ;)
Did you have a fun Easter weekend? A happy Egg Day was had by all at my end, even though we were busy and travelling about visiting different houses.
Had a Honeycombe and caramel white-chocolate egg as the special treat. So sweet. Sugar rush!
She jammed her foot into the walking boots and they went on the holiday any way - lucky she didn't have to drive! We'll see how they did when everyone's back at the weekend.
Does this mean I can buy cheap easter eggs from the sale section in the supermarket and eat them all Vesnali long?
NOTE: do not actually try this, sickness is not seasonal. xD
Anyone I missed: sorry, I have events all over the place, and ping me again if i did miss something!
Bird Watching is back. Hooray! Day 1 Bathhouse. Boo!
Right, catch up with other things now.
Let's hope for some slowing down...
Congrats on the battle achievements!
I was able to upgrade my set today and then finally beat a few more challengers that I struggled with before. It's so nice to actually see some progress, it makes all of the training and sP feel worth it! :P
I don't think they gave an exact date for the start of Vesnali, but they did say it would be pushed back to like early-mid May instead of the usual April. So I would guess probably like ~2 weeks from now is around when it will start.
Well if she was still able to go, hopefully that means it wasn't too bad ~
Yeah, the hospital said they couldn't find a break, so we were all hoping it was just a sprain or something. At least she can walk on it, so they didn't have to modify the holiday too much, just 'more sitting down for mummy', as my niece said before they went!
You got something from the crypts? cries in a corner of the Tank
It was great :D I kinda wish that we could have spent Easter Sunday at home and then spent the 4 days up North. After the weekend was over the town pretty much emptied out and it was so peaceful!
Oh cool thanks for the info :D It is going to be so much fun!!!
I might try to come up with an activity (if I am allowed to) but no promises. As soon as I promise to do something it seems like fate steps in to slap me lol.
Andromeda finally had a patch either last week or the week before, but it desperately needs another one. Whenever I'm driving the Nomad now the screen randomly freezes then unfreezes me and jumps me ahead. There are some other little issues too, but I hate having a jumpy screen. Oooh, I rebought AsC Black Flag for the PS4 too, but I haven't played it yet. I don't even think I've installed it yet. I think I have about three games that I need to get installed and way too many to count that I need to play again. I was cursing earlier at Andromeda because the random menus were opening instead of the map...
I'm glad the 3D can be turned off on the 3DS especially for travel. Its too hard to hold it still in a moving vehicle and see and the image clearly. Reminds me, I need to pop onto Animal Crossing again.....on all my systems. My husband and I usually don't watch 3D movies because they are sooo expensive, even on Tuesdays when all movies are cheap. We also haven't been too impressed with them lately because they never seem 3D enough. IMAX is crazy expensive. I think my husband paid almost $30 for two tickets, and that was on a Tuesday, otherwise its over $40 for two tickets.
I've been trying whole milk and so far that's been working out for me, but I'm still being mindful of eating other dairy products with it. I'm never had goat's cheese before. I'm not sure it's sold in stores here. I know one grocery store has goat soap, so it might have other goat products.
I've already been outside 3 times this spring to spray around the house and the pole that they used last year to get in. So far I haven't seen any ants inside, so maybe they got the message last year after my husband and I killed hundreds of them. The first place the ants came in last year was behind the stove. We pulled the stove out and found that there is no baseboard behind the stove, just a 3 to 4 inch gap between the floor and the drywall. I hate to think what else could be lurking there
I don't think he's had the time to go through them as he's trying to keep up with field work and planting. We've been getting quite a bit of rain though he seems to find other things to work on.
I think its the latter, the thought doesn't go through their head to make them question themselves. No filter or subconscious at all.
I plan on having plenty of cabinets in my kitchen and not all of them will have solid doors. I want to copy some of the cabinets that on of my grandmother's had in her kitchen. I'll be going solely off of memory though, as she doesn't live in that house anymore and the people who bought remodeled. My dad inherited a small, old china hutch from the 1800's that belonged to my great-great (great?) grandparents, and I've been told that eventually I'll get it, so that will be another display area later down the road.
My leg is doing a lot better. I can still tell that its bruised underneath the skin and it still hurts to put pressure on the area, but I am able to walk normal now. My calf is just tight from favoring that leg for so long. This morning it cramped up 3 times in 5 minutes. I ended up staying home from work because I couldn't walk. Oh dear, she sounds a bit like me. I refuse to go to the doctor. I'll only go if I can no longer stand the pain. I seem to have a pattern of waiting 3 days or more before finally going to a doctor. Its good that its no longer bruised, but if she still isn't walking normal, that isn't a good sign. Let's hope it isn't broken. Getting injured before holiday is the worst! I hope she was still able to enjoy the holiday. I can relate a bit...I got thrown off my horse and twisted my knee the day before I flew to London to start my three week study abroad trip.
- well, hopefully that refund will show up soon.
Sorry to hear that the eyeliner sold out before your timer was done. Token Shop purchase decisions can be so difficult to make. :-)
Well, getting a call back is at least a good sign. Even if you don't get the job it shows that you were successful in the first interview (and, yes, it was truly weird - I hope they fix their doorknobs before you go back :-) ).
Continuing to look while you're waiting is an excellent decision. No job is certain until you are actually working.
Yes, your brother in law should just buy his own Zelda. It is indeed hilarious that your niece isn't interested. :-) I've seen the Switch, but never used one. It seems to be making a big splash right now, in good part because of the quality of that Zelda. If I were more coordinated I would want one myself. :-)
Are you finding the new birds yet? So far that's all Rosemary has asked for (which is nice for me because I have some of all the others already :-) )
- congratulations on getting through Level 20 in Battle Quests!
- hope you enjoyed your vacation.
If this helps - from the news announcement -
- congratulations on getting to the end of the crypts. I'm assuming the Misplaced Necklace was your choice in the crypt treasure room since they're changed how you are rewarded.
