- I see several Whodunit games online, but don't know if it's the same game as the one I own. Do you have a link to the one you found? I have found/solved many logic puzzles (including in math classes back when I was taking them) but find the Whodunit game play to be more fun than just a straight logic puzzle. After awhile, although some of them are difficult, logic puzzles become just a matter of eliminating and crossing out the right boxes. Playing Whodunit is that, but in two ways. Sometimes you see a clue directly, but sometimes you only know that a clue was shown to someone else. You know the clue is either A or B, but not which one. So the extra level of logical deduction (plus, of course, the social interaction of playing a board game with other people) makes the game much more fun for me than just a logic puzzle. And, there is also the challenge of who will solve the puzzle first and win the game.

Yes, SubetaLodge can be a big help. I use it often, but not usually to keep track of things like what books I'm missing. I do agree about the vault, although, at least in my case, I'm not sure whether it's lack of commitment, or lack of time (or both :-) ). Oh well, someday ...

I own Game of Life, played it as a kid and bought a new copy as an adult. I have played Payday as well, it was an imitation Monopoly by some other company. Don't think I still own one though. Ghost Castle looks cute. Hope you find one.

We wound up playing an all day long session of Empire Builder (the build you own railroad game) and didn't come close to finishing! The other three players had never played a similar game and we wound up spending way too much time discussing strategy and tactics. Lots of 20-30 minute single player turns. But it was still fun to be together and we all seemed to enjoy the deli food. I'm sure the game will go a lot faster if the group tackles it a second time. :-)

Safe traveling to your husband. Hope he has a much easier time getting home this time around. (And he can skip those nasty germs as well.)

At least you are storing everything in your vault instead of selling it! I used to sell tomes all the time when they went for 6mil each but I should have kept them for when I wanted to boost to higher tiers x.x

That's still pretty decent! You could probably make up a good chunk of that next winter too, if you start from the beginning when it opens again.
