Today was so cold I slept the whole day and only woke up a couple of hours ago. Bed felt so good. I dunno how to handle Monday now with being awake like this.

I am always torn. Usually there is one item in that box I love about everything else. Sometimes two - but usaully split in both boxes. This month was easy since I only loved the bonus item (missed) and the top.

Token Shop restock!

i am right there with you. T_T Belt, hair, book, cookie, got the plushie from the first restock. sigh i hate the time limit, just let me spend my damn tokens. >_<

I'm surprised people even need to buy wiz tokens as they come so often. You can make 200+ daily or 400+ daily as a GA. Between the unpromising vending machine (only do for drills and new release) and Token Shop there's a bunch leftover to zap and shop at Blackheart Hollow which I've never gotten a thing from.

edit: I vended for a few weeks in the beginning and then stopped because of too much junk

++ Site just trolled me by sending me on a wizard quest to purchase none are in stock right now...

Yea they're really easy to get. i actually got one thing at BHH, i can't remember which item it was, but i was so surprised that i almost didn't buy it. xD

I know, I'm not sure what people end up spending all of their tokens on, maybe they do a lot of vending? I know that will eat all of the tokens you make doing wizard quests, so that's all I can really think of.

FYI, not that long ago there was an expensive bow in the token shop (15k), so many used their tokens for that. Not all do wizard quests & some, like myself, are too young to have built up a reserve of tokens so there's still a need to buy them ;)

And that's true, there are some expensive token shop items, or Blackheart Hollow items sometimes. If you're trying to build up a stash though, it doesn't take too long if you do wizard quests every day. Even if I don't do all of the other quests, I'll at least try to do those and Saggi and Quentin.

My pleasure :) I got the book the 1st time and wasn't sure what to get the 2nd so I got the plushie... either I'll sell or keep it. I try to do those 3 on a daily basis. I know I'll eventually have a stash, but for now it's pretty low considering i'm less than 1.5 months here ;)

mergruffle it's easier getting token shop items then alchemy tokens in the shop. I managed to get 5 and still no wig... alchemy can be a tricky business.

I love the kiss of aphrodite, but the dark color does not go with everything :( so many other ones just look pouty, or mis-shapen(is that a word?), or too snarky. I just want a nice smile with a good color! Why is that so hard to find?!?

I actually had big issues with my HA when I started... only the nose and skin were showing (no other features of the face). So I winded up needing to buy items to make a face :o Being new, didn't know where to go or what to search for, so winded up in the Suboutique.

Now that I've figured out the layering, I just put the basic lips/eyes/hair behind my base & background ;)

Yeah I know what you mean! The layering can be really confusing. I have a hard time matching eyeliner up to the base eyes. I want to use different ones, but the eyeliners do not go with too many.

Oftentimes I get a few, try them on, play with the layering and see what fits best. It's unfortunate there isn't a preview site like Dress to Impress (Neopets based). If we could try the item out on our HA before buying it would give us a better idea to buy or not to buy (that is the question) ;)

Right now trying to make Bowl of Bloated Worms... when I finally do get the wig I have no idea if it will go well with my HA the way I want it to. lol guess and try but it's expensive guesswork!

You can do that in the wardrobe! Under the filters, choose "All items on Subeta" instead of just items in your wardrobe. You can then filter the items as usual (by layer, by name, etc.)

ah ha! I ran off to the wardrobe & it would look good on her. I'll have to remove 1 of the 3 masks, but that's ok. Thanks for the tip :D
