I actually did every single one of these, but this is my submission post. They're pretty mediocre compared to what other people have made, but I thoroughly enjoyed participating, so I consider that a victory.

Delish Rius Scarf, Pearly Blue Shawl, and various gold glingles, on the Saherimos backdrop. Party intrigues go on year-round in Ziara City, so here's a sad stranded lain who's kept her Triple Metal Ringed Watch and Ice Cream Parlor Lorgnette for some unfathomable reason despite how the brass clashes with the white and blue theme. (it was totally for a heist.) The neckruff, corset, bustle, and shoes are from the menagerie. Severed Harbinger Tentacle and Pointy prosthetic ears for body mods, plus the zombie butterflies from the Strange Blood-filled Dropper, in front of a Chunk of Underground Rock. (what a delightful contests :) ) also do we need to put these on style file? I had one from ages ago, but before I changed my un.

man, i had a really hard time narrowing down which places to do, but in the end i'm pretty happy with my choices and finished avatars! (just in the nick of time too, jeez.)

according to you, traveling in style is important no matter where you go - spoken like a true city slicker. so the itinerary says a stop in ytiva for a week? no problem. a light jacket, a fashionable scarf and your favourite beanie should do it, right?

well, at least you thought to pick up a pair of boots from the gift shop (even if it took getting snow packed around your ankles to convince you). good luck on your vacation - that's gonna be one hell of a head cold when you get home.

when winter hits, it's time to bust out pseudo-complementary colours like art theory is going out of style. neutral tones are all well and good, but when the city's covered in a hefty layer of snow-turned-slush, it really pays to stand out.

no, you mean that literally. you're being paid to look beautiful around the clock. or you will be, eventually. you think modelling contracts fall from trees or something? you have to work hard for your dreams. which for now means thrifting to augment your impeccably styled wardrobe (and save your credit rating for when the REAL sp starts rolling in).

despite the usual fare associated with the locale you call home, luminaire is probably your favourite holiday. the tradition of warm wishes and spending time with loved ones is sweet, and one you do your best to spread throughout the season.

there's nothing you love more than calling up your best friend craig (a small but lovable newt), donning a few vestments to keep you cozy, and making the rounds door to door to do some good old fashioned caroling. you have the best pipes this side of riverside, if you do say so yourself. (you once tried bringing your yearly tradition there, in fact, but the considerable increase in shrieking convinced you that your confidence may just be better suited to the winding woods of shadowglen after all).

You find a pile of postcards scattered on the ground. Picking them up, you see each one adorned with a different picture, and messages attached.

I wish you could be here! I've only been on vacation for two days, and I've already had a ball! Everyone here in Ytiva is so nice. Tonight was the Luminaire Tree Lighting Ceremony, and afterwards everyone went skating on this huge ice rink they had set up! It was ridiculously cold, but skating helped keep me warm. I got someone to take this picture so I could sent it back to you.

How have you been? I hope my last card found you well. Me, well, I've been... okay. Apparently it's a Shadowglen custom to play pranks on the tourists who come here. Alright, fine, but the brochures never said they'd turn you to stone! It was terrifying. Everyone else found it hilarious, of course- while I was petrified, they grabbed my phone and took pictures. It only lasted for an hour or so, but it was still the creepiest feeling. I was pretty steamed at first, but everyone was really kind about it afterwards so I can't hold it against anyone. I'm enclosing one of the pictures here, for posterity (and, let's be honest, I look ridiculous).

What a vacation this has been! I've finally made it to Shengui Guo, and I'm so glad for the restful atmosphere this place has. I'm due to stay here for a few more days, and then I'll make my way back home. I love all of you, and I'm so excited to see you again.
