Well our winter weather has finally came.We have snow on the ground & it is freezing outside.Oh Well, it was bound to come sooner or later hahahahaha

Well my dad called about 30 minutes ago and said that the doctors said my mom has pneumonia. So they were running lots of breathing tests and said they would probably be there for a couple of hours and they got there around 12 in the afternoon or so.

I hope they can give her medicine or any kind of breathing treatment to help her.

Dio903. My granddaughter is staying with us so she's the one doing the baking. The first batch of cookies just got sent to her fiance' though. Go figure! 😄

, such nice graphic! Love the baby for Rowan. Yes, winter is here too. Tons of snow. Shoveled off the deck and it was half way up to my knees. Really fluffy stuff though and the sun was shining so I really enjoyed being outside. Went for a walk when I got through shoveling. The young man who is keeping our driveway and sidewalk clean for us, also brushed off my granddaughters car and lifted her windshield wipers so they wouldn't freeze down overnight. What a blessing he is! Our car is in the garage so stays dry.

pneumonia =( I hope they send some medicine & breathing treatments, Like an inhaler, home so if she needs them your mom has them at home to help her out. Congratulations on your tempest visit also =)

Anyway had a busy day today as my furniture and curtains arrived for me new home. Looking more at home by the minute. 1 more week to go before the move.

I decided to use my csc from subby to buy 2 items from the monthly collection! I got the dress and the cute kitty.

He started playing the cello this year. I think it's touch and go with elementary concerts, but the whole thing was much better than I expected it to be. I was quite impressed. :)

I'm hoping that there are no roofers tomorrow. We'll see! Just so frazzled today from all the nail gun noises. Oy vey!

Good evening all. Gloomy day was it here no fun at all.

Had the afternoon off and been busy decorating the home for Christmas. Bit late but still have time.

I am doing better the meds I got from the doc are working.

It's been cloudy and rainy here all day yesterday and today it sure does make it hard to want to do anything around the house. My mom is resting today. She's not coughing as bad but they did say in 2 days she should feel much better and I hope that's true. We are finished with Christmas decorating for this year. When my mom starts to feel better her and I are going to start wrapping some things to put under the tree. But plenty of time for that.

I hope your kids concert goes well tonight. My brother and I used to do stuff like that when we were younger. My brother played the violin and I was in the type of plays where you sing and played the recorder. I'm not musical at all. I've never heard of the show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

Hiya! Glad you're starting to feel better. Gloomy days are the pits. I usually end up with all the lights on in the house to keep it from being too dark, and try to find something good smelling to put around the house. Helps to uplift spirits. Right now I've got a wickless candle that smells like pine. It's right next to the Christmas tree, and smells amazing!!

Glad your mom is doing a bit better. Hope there's steady improvement for her! I was just debating with myself today about whether I was going to wrap stuff and put it under the tree for the kids to wonder at or if we would bring it all out after they're in bed on Christmas eve. Still not sure yet.
I used to do band things too. Seeing all the hustle & bustle last night really brought a lot of those memories back. Tonight's won't be so much of a formal concert, just a performance on stage. The school has the kids do it for the PTA meetings about once a quarter, a different group/age every time.
The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (TUKS) is goofy, but fun also. Ever seen 30 Rock? Another Tina Fey show. She cracks me up. So TUKS is similar to 30 Rock, in terms of humor style.

Yea i used to watch 30 Rock. That's cool it's kinda like that. I used to watch Friends and love that show still.

Oh, man, Friends! Oldie but goodie! Love that one too! :) TUKS story line is completely different from 30 Rock, but has the same kind of quirkiness and adorable female lead.
