You checked for extra spaces? That's what throws people off most of the time. If that doesn't work, type it in manually (observing capitalization).

Is this going to be up for a while? I encountered an error when I purchased CSC this weekend, and it is still being resolved, so I'm trying to refrain from spending CSC at the moment.

No hurry, I don't plan on taking it down.

Go to your profile page that everyone can see. Click on "edit your profile" -> "add content" -> "medals" on the left side. But you've got the Adventure Captain title, so there's really no need for a trophy.

Right, so then...if it's not there (which it's not), am I to like, file a ticket or something? 'Cause I got all the way up to part of the temple prizes before going into the hospital but now all I see when I click plot links is the doors to the temple that I haven't opened, and I haven't got a trophy.

Have you finished the plot? Or did you stop at the center door?

I don't think anyone's gotten any trophies yet. Or prizes. As long as you see the NPCs on Omen Island you should be ok. Clicking on any of them will give you the same speech over and over again.
