I have noooo idea. I do enjoy writing so maybe a job where I'm writing a lot... but I don't think there's much of anything around here for that. There's always freelancing but I'd need to network like crazy and I'm really socially anxious and I think I'd very quickly start hating writing if I had to write the drivel that sells. :/
Actually, the United Nations is always looking for translators. French and English are two of their six official languages. And the State Department (assuming you live in the US) is always looking for translators as well.
I'd love to work in a library. The specific position wouldn't matter really.
a desk job of sorts or beta testing video games

^ This. This would be awesome, haha!
Seriously though, I would love to work at a daycare or eventually have my own daycare at home. Babies and toddlers. I used to babysit my nieces and I loved it, even though I was exhausted by the end of the day. Watching them grow up and learn new things is amazing!
A roboticist of some kind would be really cool, or something scientific. I took an indepth career quiz thing recently and my top five matches were chemist, geologist, materials scientist, astronomer, and cartographer (which I didn't even know could be a career anymore).
welp i'm studying animation now but i would like to be an art therapyst ( they dont let me spell the actual word;; ) in the future
lets just say some experience that ive had made me think that this is an important job;;;
I'd love a small, independent bookshop. I work in a bookshop right now but it's too big and commercial for my tastes. Otherwise, I have so much admiration for freelance writers and illustrators.
I'd like to have my own toys and collectibles shop.
I have always felt the need to just be a Mommy, which is exactly what I'm doing as well as I watch my niece and nephew. If I had to do something to make money, I would love to craft things to sell from home, which is what I'm trying to start up soon. If I had to be outside my home, I would want to open my own midwifery business, after I had some sleep. 3 kids in 6 years... I have a lot of sleep to catch up on first.
We're always looking for psychiatrists, especially ones willing to do tele-psych or work in the more rural areas--it is such an underrepresented field, recruiting and maintaining a good psychiatrist is gold! Especially one credentialed for multiple populations. The last time one who had experience with adults/kids/co-occurring conditions was applying nearby, there was a bidding war up the yinyang and a couple of counties teamed up to try to snatch him out of the hands of another by combining their budgets and... it is important work! Rural areas and community healthcare especially. (I'm sure skin is important too) ((not as sure though))
I don't know, to be honest. Thinking about going back for my masters in social work, but the amount of expense and debt is stressful, and my weeks are currently painfully long, so doing anything else sounds just plain exhausting.
Mostly, I want to have a baby, move to a little house in the woods, and have a huge garden.
Oooh, photographer, I think. Something creative, at the very least.
My ideal job is being research scientist with a decent wage

well i'm studying media @ college, but i don't really have a dream job... i think it'd be cool to get really good at cinematography or editing tho, like, good enough to make money off of it & support myself. or to work at a really cool toy store. ;000
I've alway wanted to do some scientific/medical stuff...that would've been my dream job. But thanks to my education (and apprenticeship I did for three years) I'm sitting in a call center and explain to our customers that they need to pay their bills or else their power gets cut. Bah.
I wouldn't mind to be able to work from home, though Ik it'll probably be unlikely lol. I'm still unsure of my ideal career, but I want to be able to incorporate art in whatever I do.

I'd like to be a designer and get by with drawings. Just need to pick a focus and spend my free time on it I guess.
working with flowers is fun. At a busy florist though, especially when you're young It's kind of hard to make good pay and breach the role of floral designer. Lots of rushing to meet deadlines, cold wet hands, cleaning mold and mildew in the meantime to prove you're serious about it!!!
Midwife and Neighborhood Wise Woman.
Basically anything that allows me to help people, honestly. And I have a passion for childbirth and would love to get into the medical field (and will work on that once I get my massage therapy license...), so....
Midwife.
(Though I also really would love to be a stay-at-home mother one day, but I'm not sure if that could ever be possible money-wise...)
