Read your text and totally agree with what you and the other artists are accomplishing here. I like next month's box idea. Will probably still buy ABCD box. They are like miniature works of art. Too bad the background was way limited. Not that I'm a background wearer but a lot of people are. Enjoyed this unique idea and can't wait till next month. I wish I could draw. Lol.

Yeah i dont buy cws for the most part. But this idea gives me some incentive. So i can see how this plan can succeed. My best wishes that the bugs get worked out and goes smoothly in the future.

I'm glad to hear that there will be three box options in the following months. I know that the idea of getting all four items from Box B has caused me to wait to purchase a box as I only really want the headdress currently.

I also wanted to say that I'm glad to hear that the bonus item will be handled differently in the coming months and have a larger batch count. While I think the raffle and contest were a great way to handle the distribution of the final two copies of the bg, I'm a little bummed knowing that it will always be really hard to find a copy of the bg (and likely very expensive).

the idea of the bonus item is to offer an exclusive, more limited item! While I agree that 1 batch was definitely too little, I also don't want it to be unlimited (it may as well be in one of the boxes otherwise!)

I'd also like to chime in and clear up any confusions as to how the boxes were created:

I didn't know what any of the other artists were drawing, aside from a sketch WIP of the hair, and I never saw the final version until after the CW box was released here.

As a matter of fact, I didn't even know that some of the artists had changed (originally was supposed to be Tania but changed to Kraken) so that actually confused me when I saw the release! I also didn't know there would be a background special item xD

The designs for this first box were not discussed amongst the artists (at least I wasn't aware of anything) and not purposefully meant to match each other at all, and if any of them did then it was purely coincidence as we do have to adhere to a theme.

The only restrictions we had was to choose from a list of predetermined CW categories that were already split into the boxes, and make the item fit a forest theme - however the artists interpret that :)
