I like this feature! ^^ The responses being sent to email is very helpful, especially on busy days when I can't go on Subeta.
But yeah, the ding startled me and I thought it was malware. XD
I always score as I in Meyers-Briggs, but always fail to 'intuit' features that are intended to be intuitive and not needing explaining. EXPLAIN THE THING.
Is this feature a fuck-you-and-whatever-you're-doing-right-now thing? Because that's what it feels like to me.
I want a way to get back to it when I want to and not have it insistently interrupt forever always. It takes up a third of the right side of the page, so it blocks a lot of content. If I'm doing something I need to concentrate on the only solution I can see is to x it out completely. There's no minimize it and shove it into a corner until I'm good and ready function.
When it was out a couple months ago, there was a symbol in the bottom right that you could click on, exit out of freely, and re-click on. I think the button was disabled yesterday because they wanted to test it out, get a quick opinion from a bunch of different people, and not leave it on the live site for very long
Just got a little bubble an hour or so ago, and I'm not really sure how to get it back. I wrote out a response, but I was on my iPhone, so I think it may have disappeared without getting my answer. :(
Though, this seems like a very cool feature, and I'm excited to see what Subeta intends to do with it!
Missed my opportunity to respond to the recent message, as well, when I accidentally closed out of the site. Oops.
I like the concept in theory but I cannot stand the little bubble loading last and blinking onto the screen after the page loads. It distracts me every time. I really hope that is just a temporary thing while they iron out the kinks otherwise I don't think I'll be able to keep mine on.

Was able to test it now and I must say that I like it. It doesn't lead to lags from what I can tell and it's not annoyingly big so yeah, I can live with it.
I think this message system is pretty great. It's also damn awesome the staff are using it to ask us about our opinions about something. :D
I think this is a great idea for players reporting issues to staff, or staff reminding players about a feature/event starting.
I do not like how it was used as a replacement for this forum. I enjoy reading what other players think about situations on Subeta. Sometimes, since I am not spending as much time onsite, the thoughts of other players will alter how I look at a particular situation.
Using this new system doesn't mean we're going to do away with wanting feedback from users in the forums. Both have their merits. But, to me, the biggest advantage to the IM system is that we were able to send this latest feedback question to a highly targeted audience, those we felt would be affected most by a change to Bhakoru access. Additionally, we've had multiple people praise it as a way to feel their voices are finally being heard because they're too shy to post on the forums. So while I understand wanting to see other users' opinions, this was a way for us to get opinions from only a specific subset of the userbase, and more of them than would have answered on the forums.
lol I didn't get to answer on the Bhakoru price. I was trying to consider what would be "fair" and the messenger disappeared on me. Well, then, sorry for taking too long? ;p
Though, I have forgotten where the heck you get them at now. I may have also slightly forgotten we had them if it wasn't for getting them from the zapper a few times. This is where I'd like a convo on them. Oh well.

I was trying to give the feedback on the Bhakoru thing, but accidentally closed the page and lost the chat bubble. I do hope that in the future, we can somehow go back to those chats.

I agree with , I like the feature and I hope there's a way to unclose the chat in the future.
