I see it changes the title of a tab if it's not active. The tab I have the underground spring open is flashing between "Underground Spring - Subeta" and "SubetaTeam says..." even after I've closed this in a different tab. lol I like it though.

I really like it! I second the suggestion of being able to mute it though I suspect if this becomes a thing they will introduce that ability.

I really hope this becomes a chat feature we can use with our friends on Subeta! Much more immediate than commenting on profiles, and easier too.

I like it. Caught me by surprise for sure. Would like the ability to get it back if I close it by accident though.

Okay so basically I can't unmute my computer at all while on subeta until they add a way to remove the sound... I startle waay easily so this is a big nope. D: which really sucks because while I quest I blast my youtube music in another tab... (I haven't heard the sound yet so it might not be that bad but the idea bothers me)

and there's no way to get back to it if you closed it? @.@ I was trying to minimize the window and got rid of it before I'd meant to.

I love this little feature lol. Keith said when he started testing it that it would help with getting our questions answered quicker and create a better follow through between staff and members.

I got the pop up at work. Didn't hear anything. Volume turned down. Like people stated, I thought it was malware too. I answered and got a reply. Cool idea. Hope to chat with you guys again.

i cannot say for sure whether a mute option exists, but it's like a tiny tiny little ding and i can almost guarantee that if you have music playing that you're going to hear it.

It really, really surprised me. I joined another site yesterday with almost exactly the same (or the same with slight cosmetic differences) IM system so it was kind of completely bizarre to suddenly see it on Subeta. I like it though, but I really hope this isn't how tickets are going to be from now on. I don't mind general questions or surveys or stuff like that but if I have a problem I want a real, actual ticket to submit. It seems sort of juvenile to be reporting problems via instant messager and I'd probably do everything I possibly could to avoid submitting tickets if we could only use this.

It surprised me yesterday while I was going to write a ticket so I had no time to check it out but just closed it. Now I wish I could get it back, haha

I found it tad awkward to be contacted out of the blue. I certainly hope random messaging won't became a steady thing.

I like it, it's a great way for staff to come in direct contact with the users, and for users to give direct feedback! But come to think about it, I'm not sure about the sound. It was ok while at home last night, but sneaking on to Subeta at work, with my boxes open, might make me (and my colleagues) jump up should I get a ding then. :P
