Great to see everyone doing so great! The teams seem to be pretty close in score, I know its still early and its anyone's game at this point, but kudos to you all!

Speaking a few words was okay in Chapter 3, but not running dialogues or some interference to assist your Bard. Just the idea of a solo mission should have precluded that, but, obviously, some of you weren't clear on what a solo mission was. The judges put the one with just idle talk in a grey area and didn't subtract much, but the other cases were pretty blatant. I'm sorry some of you were disgruntled with the decisions.

Now, as to Chapter 4, I'm not seeing that sort of "let us do it for you." You're not immobilized, so talking is fine here. Once again meddling would not be, so, if you did that, fix it! The team which has two mages is certainly permitted to have them work together. So I'm missing where the worries are coming from.

Could it perhaps be that, in cases of not getting the points that are wanted, there might be a tendency to look for some "imperfection" in the assignment given?

There are always some folks confused, as in the case of thinking Larianne did the dance that Klytie did, or confusing a Sinhae bard (Junu) with the wife of Jupiter (Juno). It's no big deal and it always works out.

I try to be as clear as possible while still respecting the fact you are intelligent adults. Otherwise, the result would be endless editing and second guessing just in case someone misinterpreted an instruction. I always open to questions and clarifications, just in case you don't quite understand that solo means one person to me, or something like that.

Again, I don't see the problems in Chapter 4, so please let me know why these entries are now matters of concern, please.

It may just be coincidence that the rest of the team didnt write up anything to go with it, due to my being slow as can be to finish. Plus all of us being busy. But I guess it worked out! I was actually worried that we wouldnt do well because only I wrote.

I quite enjoyed it actually, and itll give each chara a moment to stand out more than any group rp has allowed. So I dont mind it at all. Though getting full points I guess some people would say Im ok with it because I did well xD; Either way, it was clear to us that you wanted it focused on the single entity.

Though hopefully its ok that for the next one there was some interaction. While still focusing on our mage.

Also I loved reading the critiques for other teams, it helps me see what is wanted so we can get better in rp even if we did ok this round. So thanks for doing that big compiled list :) Plus its fun to read everyone elses entries and it makes me want to take the time to even more.

Oh gosh I thought I was the only one. Especially in NNN I miss some tiny important detail and am like,..wait what? Where even are we? And have to go re read the story posts. I always feel so derp, especially because I do layouts for the group rps to help my team. Yet I dont even know what is happening OTL

nope at some point towards the end I am like...wait what happened how did we get to where we are at. Like waking from a sleep suddenly and everyone has aged 10 years and you have no clue. "D

I really like the way this is going this time around. It is really flowing well and as you know somebody is always going to complain or find fault. Keep up the good work.

I actually went to bed last night so I guess I missed a brouha. Oh well. The critique helped and our team is adjusting according to it. I too was one of those that assumed because my team members could still speak that they could during the RP. But obviously mine spoke too much. As Team captain I'm always working toward everyone on the team get to get a say in the rp and noone gets left out. Gonna adjust that a bit on the individual class challenges from now on. Scores have been updated in the first post. There is only a few hundred point difference between first and last place, which is team performance on one or two puzzles or challenges, or grabbing a couple of bonuses.

And, in case you think this might affect more than just your entry place into the prize gallery at the end, I suggest you take a QUICK LOOK HERE. This is still filling with the very generous items and donations from everyone, not only present players, but a number of WS alumni and sponsors. This might cheer you up a bit.

Now, the complaint department is always open, and if it is reasonable, I will relay it to the judges. In this case, one team leader wrote a well-reasoned query, and the judges took it under advisement. This team was docked because of a situation which had been set up in the previous chapter by their RP.

The judgement is that, in the interest of fairness, the slight lowering for too much chat interference stays, but the 200 point dock is removed. Score has been altered.

Please though, teams, use a splintered off character judiciously.

I don't think ch 4 entries are a matter of concern, not sure why people are worried about it because it's in the past. It already was submitted and can't be changed; much like final exams. hugs GR you're the best ❤️

Wow! I just realized that my team is the only one with two mages. And for the Mage only competition we both worked together. I am glad to hear that working with two mages is ok. It's crazy because I thought more than one team would be doubled up on roles. We have two vagabonds and mages. hugsNightOwls
