he's doing great :D healing up nicely, off his painkillers as well and hasn't shown any signs of being sore. you wouldn't know anything had happened to him if he didn't have a huge scar on his tummy and had his tummy shaved too :P but sadly he and his brother will have to stay apart til after i come back from america, since my parents cant watch to make sure they are integrating well. they are happy enough apart just now, and they are right beside each other. so they should be ok ^^

Yeah I saw it, I felt like it was kinda boring lol. I want more zombies XDD
Oh you watch Black Mirror? My best friend was just telling me about that show yesterday! She said the episode disgusted her so much she started crying lol. I was kinda surprised. Is it creepy?
Aww other than being apart from his brother he sounds like hes doing absolutely epically :D! its amazing how animals can heal up so well :D! when do you fly out to america??
It was kinda boring but that huge plot twist with Judith D:! I totes seen it coming but I thought Rick wouldn tknow!
It is so creepy in a weird way, but not enough to make you cry XD! It must have really got to her :O! Its about how technology can advance to become dangerous! Its super awesome! Theres an episode called San Junipero though and it feels different, as if it isnt about technology, but watch it all the way through and swear it was so heart breaking I couldnt stop crying! its the only episode about how techcnology could be good!
Oh yeah I didn't even think about it, it wasn't a huge big deal to me lol. I mean it was his wifes baby, idk, he could have fed her to the zombies for all I care XD Babies are a liability in the zombie apocalypse!
The episode I am talking about their is this kid and he was doing something he shouldn't have been doing and supposedly the computer made him do this battle to the death and then released the info of what he did anyways. Know anything about that? Don't wanna say to many details if you haven't seen it XD
Awesome... Norwegian would be fun. I wish I could learn every language! The author of my book (even though he's French) lives in Sweden, and my husband has some Swedish relatives, so I'd like to learn that one, too. But my closest friends here have Polish, Spanish, Greek, and Portuguese as their native languages...
So, my husband and I want to learn Italian next, because it is the other national language and neighbor language that is easy to learn and useful (we have some Romansch family members, but it is such a rare language, I only have tentative goals of ever learning any of that...), but then working on one of those others might be really cool. Spanish would probably be the easiest, because of my background, but I'm better friends with the Portugese lady and the Polish girl, so... But Polish has WAYYYY too many consonants. I don't know if I could ever get a handle on the pronunciation...
And yeah, I'm just glad we haven't been to the pub much. And the weird thing is, it's a really expensive place, actually. I got a pina colada there once, and it was 15 franks. o.O
Allergic to COFFEE?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I think I would die... I couldn't do that. Luckily, I'm only allergic to antibiotics, so... And soap. :O
The light itself wasn't, because it was from Ikea. But the fancy lightbulbs? If I'd known how much they were, I might have said no. My husband got them from some cheap Chinese website or something, and they were still about 40. But he swears the LEDS will last practically forever, and he THINKS the rest of it will last "awhile". I try to stay out of it when he orders lightbulbs, because there are no cheap varieties here. Most of our lightbulbs cost more than our lights. o.O

I totally would have left the baby behind! It cries and attracts walkers! I reckon the writers will end up killing everyone off!
Yeah I seen that episode! It wasnt bad but I actually thought it was the most boring episode of them all :O!
I believe Norwegian and Swedish are quite similar! Like theres been times I recognise the language written on things but with weird spellings and then it turns out its Swedish :D! I would love to learn Polish but its sooo difficult!!!
How do you go about learning a language :D? I literally just use this DuoLingo app but it doesnt ask you to speak and pronounce it so as much as I can read and write it Im not sure if I can speak it properly XD!
I love pina colada :D! I love cocktails in general haha! I dont drink often but I always get a strawberry daquiri to start :D! wow that is expensive :O!
Well I went to the doctor today and it isnt an allergic reaction so the coffee in the ice cream is fine :D! but it turns out I have a bad viral infection ;-;! so lots of creams and ointments for a while until it clears ;-;!
I always opt for those energy saving bulbs! Theyre a bit more expensive to buy but I havent replaced a light bulb since I put them all in about two years ago :D!
yay!! Take lots of pictures to show us and be safe ❤️!
Yeah its like I understand yall are going be getting it on and birth control isn't being made anymore but I would idk. I wouldn't leave the baby for the walkers but like I doubt she will live to even be able to walk but we will see. I know a few more people for sure that are going to die. We shall see what they do!
I told my husband I wanted to start watching that show and he didn't seem interested XD
We have a new member :D!!! We're almost at 50!!!!!!
Please welcome to our group :D!
You are so welcome here, please make yourself at home! We have a lumi event starting December first which im sure you'll love :D!

Pffffttt watch it when hes busy and stuffs :D! Trust me you'll so love it:D!!!!! Its super freaky XD!
I may watch an episode tonight after I get home, going to a thing with a friend and he is going out with her husband after we get back, kinda planned off a bit :/ I don't know if I can handle freaky though D:
All I know is I am a insulin dependent diabetic so I don't stand a chance in the zombie apocalypse :(
Thanks for the welcome! :)
Hmm, my The Walking Dead (TWD) sense is tingling.
grabs some popcorn and starts back-reading
you can handle it ❤️!! The first episode in season one is about the Ex British Prime Minster David Cameron ;D! It doesnt overly make sense if you dont know that
You too love the walking dead :D??? How far have you gotten XD?! We have spoilers about the latest episode ;--;!
The Apprentice starts in five minute and I just wish this itch would stop so I can enjoy it XD! Bloody virus!
I am all up to date on watching it :)
I am just hanging around waiting for the next intense episode to start while the filler episodes do their run time. xD
Hmm I don’t have any idea who that is XD
omg this week was such a filler XD! Who is your favourite character :D? Do you like Negan?
hahaha
He lead us into Brexit then fucking quit being prime minister straight away once Britain voted out (Northern Ireland voted remain -.-! Bloody England ruining everything as per)
[edit]
OMG THE SWEAR BLOCK HAHAHAHAHH "THIS GENITALS" HAHAHAHAHAHAH
I actually enjoy the character Negan quite a bit. It helps that I am already a fan of the actor, haha. I also read up a bit about his character in the comics so I'm a bit spoiled with that knowledge.
I am not happy with what happened to two of the characters upon their first meeting with Negan, but I can understand his reason for doing it - especially with Rick's dominance oozing previously.
I cannot say I have a specific favorite character right now. I care for some more than others (Daryl/Carol for example) perhaps because of their abusive pasts and how far they have come. I can respect that and appreciate the strength and amazing skills they ended up bringing to the table in the end.
Do you watch Once Upon A Time? Specifically the Elsa storyline? Curious because I have a fun TWD moment I enjoy between the two shows I'll share if you are familiar with it.
I wanted to ask you this as well as Pengy - Have you checked out Fear The Walking Dead?
I am upset with myself, because I just bought the wrong item on the Token Shop! I clicked too fast and got the wings instead of the book! I wouldn't mind if I didn't already had the wings. I guess I will have to save it for my Lumi giveaway, not what I had in mind but, oh well. Just hope I can get that book later. :(
Oh no! That is really crummy. Are you doing your wizard quests daily? You may get lucky and have it RS again soon :)
I do have tokens, but I can't buy anything from the shop until 12 hours :(
Welcome to our group!
Yeah, I think the two ARE quite similar. I mean, basically every language is related here and there, but I think those are siblings, or cousins at worst!
When I learn a new language, I find I do better with an actual class, so if I can afford it, I do that. Then, I look for a good grammar book that starts with the basics (pronunciation of basic letters, the subjects, the regular verbs, on up to the harder stuff). Phone apps are often great for vocabulary learning at the beginning, but they aren't always great with grammar, since they rarely explain WHY something is right or wrong... You just have to keep guessing until you eventually get it right... :/ Usually if I use an app, I don't have just one. I have an entire page on my phone dedicated to German language apps, and another to Italian. Right from the start, it's good to watch a lot of movies in the target language. You can set the subtitles to English so you know what's going on, but that way you're hearing the language in context. I also try to find lots of music in the language. When I went to France the first time, I found I knew far more French artists than any of the French people I met did... :O By the time I've been studying the language for a little bit (after a semester, maybe?) I start reading books in the target language. I like to start off with things I already know really well (I have Harry Potter in French and German), then I make a point of reading a page or a chapter three full times before I look any words up. Each time you read it, you'll figure out a little more about what is going on, so in the end, you aren't looking up every word. :O I know a lot of people suggest reading/watching the news, but they change topics so fast, and use more complicated vocab and grammar, that that never seems to work for me. But yeah... The hardest skill to practice is speaking. For that, I make a point of trying to hold mental conversations with myself in the language, when I'm just walking around and such. It's also good to write things down. Keep a diary, and look up words you need to talk about your day. If it is a word you use often, you might look it up seven times, but eventually you'll know it. That's really important! Language apps give you lots of vocab, but they don't know what you'll want to talk about in a real conversation! I also sometimes look up random writing prompts (in English), and try to write short stories or such in the target language. Finally, though, you have to find someone to talk to. I've been lucky, since I've usually taken classes or gone to the country, which covers that side. Otherwise, I've heard that there are lots of websites for finding skype tandem partners, and that sort of thing. Otherwise, you can look around to see if there are any language groups or expat groups for that country in your area.
But yeah, drinks here can be ridiculous, and loads of places just plain don't serve anything fun. I don't like beer, and I'm not big on soda, so a lot of times, I wind up having to choose between coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. -.- So at least that place HAS something fun. :(
I'm glad you weren't reacting to the coffee, but that infection sounds lame, too... :(
We haven't replaced too many of the bulbs for going out. Just one or two (I guess we got a couple of defective ones), but my husband often changes his mind about what KIND they should be... We need different ones so we can install a dimmer. We need brighter ones. We need ones that aren't as dim. We need colors. No, these are polarized the wrong direction or something, so we need different ones. The ones in the living room won't work in this room. Blah blah blah... :P So it seems like we're always buying more of the silly things!
Aw, man... And I JUST hit the shop. If I'd known you were hoping for a specific item, I would have gone for that... Instead, I bought a round of the soup, just to throw in a shop. :/ Maybe there will still (or again) be some of the books in 12 hours...
