From the revamp I like the details colors and shadings. But his hair is on my opinion too short.
Just my opinion.
It was working, at least before the revamp. It used to restock just around midnight Subeta time. I haven't tried to go there at that time since the revamp, but if you go there now (link) it just says "No. ❤ Elwood"
But anyway, I definitely agree about wanting to see him around the site more and not just on Elwood Day, or in the mostly forgotten about Oracle Token Shop. I was thrilled to see him involved in the snowman contest though!
The Oracle shop was supposed to be closed ages ago, like it was off the map/etc for a reason.

I think Vanya is hansome because he seems to be concerned with more things than only the appearrance or sex.

On topic, I think the art is good. Very good. The design, on the other hand, is too plain. Elwood now looks live everyone else and the mischievous look to him has disappeared.
The art is indeed beautiful.
I did not actually in opposition to Elwood's revamp, but valling in love? Nah, not really. I think it is not always visible on the outside how mischievous somebody is really. In that regard I think it is a good case if characters become less an archetype. It makes them more interesting.

Elwood is supposed to look mischievous, and now he doesn't. He has always had a long neck.
