You basically toss items here (https://subeta.net/explore/fragmentizer.php) - every item that the fragmentizer will accept will be displayed. Items with a rarity between 66-99 gives at least 1 crystal, up to 65 and below gives 0-1 crystals, of 101, 115 (?), 150, 160 and 175 will give 0-2 crystals per item.

So I recommend fragging cheap rares and keeping other cheap items in your vault until the recycle beast asks for them. :-)

Good for you! The bg always sell for a fair bit so I'm sure you can get something you really want.
