Sooo... novelty HA fancy dress contest based round the ?

I just had an idea :D. Maybe starting...whenever, maybe Dec. 1st, theres a bunch of 'little' contests, maybe run by different shark people, and then the winners of thsoe small things get a 'small' prize, and then the finals where they compete against each other for something bigger? (and if they win more than one contest, the runner up for one of them takes their second/third/whatever entry?). Thats jsut a random thought, so I have no idea how it would actually work.

Which one is it? I might have it in my vault :3

Back when I was a kid my Granny would keep track of all the kids that came to the house. We could easily get over 200 kids, but not anymore. Some of the hexes are cute, but some are just too icky lol. When I was growing up we had a lot of old people on our block, and the rest were families with kids. Now that the older ones are gone the neighborhood just does not seem to care anymore. I think a lot of people are just skipping it and waiting for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I repeat, it's such a shame. Maybe the sense of community and closeness has fallen away a little in modern times. It's great that we have an online community, but hard to pop in for a cup of tea!

Ideas for Shark activities welcome. We probably won't fit all of them in, but it gives us future ideas too.

Well, I can truly say we've had some fun/silly/great times so far! I don't know anyone in real life who's into pet web sites, so it's nice to have some understanding when the 502s hit or the new wearables are lovely.
And holidays are best with friends! :)
