As far as I can tell from lining up my sewing and knitting threads, the crochet cotton is about 1/2 the size of my 2-ply. Maybe 2x thicker than sewing cotton. It's a most fiddly thing, either way!

A mermaid tail in mermaid yarn? That's a good humoured crocheter! Have fun with the project.

Not really into that show, but I do like a bit of steampunk.

Im using some of the freakish amount of dark pink yarn I got for Christmas last year Pretty sure I can make one my size and still have a bit left over (or needs jsut a little more).

If I had the right colors, I'd made an entire 'Little Mermaid' set. But I dont, so I really can't. The different characters/things wouldn't look right to me not in the 'right' colors. BUT ONE DAY!!

Ah, they are good so far! Looks like they added the pumpkin patch items first, and now they're doing the ToT ones.

I can't wait until it starts! I'm a tad busy tonight, but I should be able to get a few visits in to both activities.
