No worries, I just prefer pings so I can source people's entries - my machine likes to jump about on the pages a bit and I sometimes miss stuff.

so ended up buying them both at TRU (they were 20% off for some reason) and got a free 3ds carrying pouch thingy which matches my 3ds with the legendaries on it, and thankfully my dad hadn't ordered them yet cuz he didn't know they were even coming out yet, so I got to keep Sun and I'll get Moon for xmas! :) probably won't play until later tonight, only home for a minute then I have to pick up my gf at work and we're going to dinner

I'm also a fan of having a hard copy over digital, though I have X as digital because I got it free awhile ago.

If I weren't lazy/impatient, I would have gone hard copy. But... alas haha. I like it so far. I'll like it even more when they add Sun/Moon to the Pokemon Bank so I can transfer over some Pokemon that only evolve through trade that I have on some of my older games (e.g. Gengar)

Actually i'm a shark - I just haven't joined the Shark Tank. And I'm Team Blake. That's a wonderful coincidence. (in here we call it fate)

She placed the teaspoons on the tray, smiling slightly that the napkins had pictures of cheerfully emblazoned on them.

Searching out cake crumbs, Luna barked curiously at , hanging out of the overflowing tea hamper that the Wizard had delivered earlier.

I must hire a housekeeper - the Oracle thought to herself - all those crumbs mean we'll get infested with again!

I wasn't planning on getting it today because I wasn't sure if my dad had ordered it for xmas or not, but we were out xmas shopping for my niece and nephews and it was on sale and I couldn't resist, and it ended up working out for me since he hadn't ordered them

Nice. Which one are you going to play first? I ended up going for Moon since I prefer the new version exclusives (and I can always trade for the non-legendaries), and the non-version exclusives I have in other games. I always end up going for the blue/silver/black coverart lol. Speaking of... I still need to finish Black 2 and my latest playthrough of Platinum.

I chose Sun first, will get moon for xmas. I thought the Sun legendary looked cool :p

I was working on getting one of each pokemon in the bank in OR so I've got a good number of pokemon ready to xfer over to Sun/Moon when the bank is updated

not much of a nerd but joins in rambling I got the limited edition Animal crossing 3DS with the game pre-loaded and my other half regularly downloads smaller games, but still buys discs for anything he thinks he may want to sell/trade in the future.

What starter? My copy will arrive via friend tomorrow, we split games with co-ops & mirror versions as a tradition. :)

hardcopy is awesome because if one card bugs out or is lost you only part with one game. + buyers. ...I like to store older games in those boxes.

For the first time, I actually went for the grass starter. It's a big ball of an owl and I couldn't resist. I ended up with a female, which is hilarious because a lot of serious users ended up soft resetting to get a female since there's only a 12.5% chance of one.

Glad to see you have the same bias as me haha. I didn't get to play to first four games because my mother was staunchly anti-video games. I could afford my own DS though so then that was a moot point by then. :)

I bought a 3DS years ago when they first came out so mine is just plain. I haven't played Animal Crossing in ages, but I really like New Leaf! Too busy with Pokemon now though :)

At least Animal Crossing is an easy one to pop back to, so Pokemon-ing can take centre stage! I have no idea about the Pokemon game types, my niece & her family are more into it than me. But I hope everyone's enjoying it!
