I can't believe it's almost July already D: In less than two weeks my girlfriend is going on two back-to-back family trips, and I won't get to see her for half the month. It's gonna be rough without her for so long.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that dear! has to live away from me this summer and I only get to see him every once in a blue moon. </3 If you need to chat or anything I'm definitely here and in a pretty similar boat. I don't get to move back in with him until late August at the earliest.

As for me and DA, yes, I have so many mooooooooods~ 😫 I did figure out what the problem was: "Brighter Fade Sacks" by munchyfly! Apparently it made my game go all wonky when it tried to process the Fade Rift effect of enemies spawning. Once I removed that mod, everything was good to go! thumbs up

It's so rough being alone, I do not do well being isolated for more than half a day. GF left yesterday for the first leg of her trips, and it just so happened that our roommates are also leaving to go house-sit (when I thought they were going to be here), so I'm the only one at home and I can't keep in contact with my gf because her phone has no service where she is (when we both thought that she would). So basically I'm super alone and the safeguards against being so lonely are no longer there.

I woke up this morning and immediately wanted to go back to sleep because it didn't feel like there was a point to being awake.

Oh no! I'm sorry lovely. </3 When was in Cuba and I had no contact with him doing things like writing down stuff about my day that I wanted to tell him (usually I sent him an e-mail daily, so he'd get them when they got to the airport in Mexico) helped me not feel quite as lonely. c: I hope your roommates come back soon, and I hope she's able to find a way to get service or communicate with you. <3 hugs Hang in there. <3 I'm sure she misses you a bunch too. c:

So I played the trial of ME Andromeda... still trying to decide if I'm interested enough to eventually buy the full game. The story isn't sucking me in yet, but I do love the combat, I feel like it's a good combination of ME1 and ME2. I play Infiltrator class and love sniping enemies from across the map, and Andromeda makes it really easy to do that. thumbs up :P

Nice! c: How far in did the trial take you? <3 I really like playing it, but is does have a lot that could be improved (I'm waiting for a sale after I upgrade my computer to buy it for my desktop). That being said, I've played through twice now and I have several other characters going on Will's playstation and the fighting style hasn't gotten old yet. <3 Plus I do really love a lot of the characters.

I had a nice couple days with her before she went on the second leg of her family vacations, which she is back from now. Yesterday was her birthday and I made her a large pot of borscht, which is her favourite food, and we spent the day at home alone together while she played Breath of the Wild. I enjoy watching her play, it allows me to experience the game without a lot of the frustration from puzzles and combat, plus I sometimes spot things that she doesn't so I get to help a little bit.

I hope you get lots of snuggles with Will. Snuggles are the best.

My grandfather died Monday night. He was 98 years old. The service is on Sunday at my grandparents' church in Rhode Island, we'll be driving there on Saturday (my husband & I live in PA). I've been going between crying and feeling numb since my dad texted me yesterday. Stayed home from work today. I'm also feeling a little selfish because there was a party I was really looking forward to Saturday night and I'll have to miss it.

My dad asked me to please not say anything on FB yet (easy since I'm not really on there anymore), so since none of my family are on Subeta or tumblr I'm talking about it there.

I decided to download DAO on my girlfriend's computer but I am having /the worst/ time with modding it. It seems like it should be simple but honestly DAO modding has been the most confusing for me. EDIT My issue was that my official DLC wasn't showing up, as well as 0 of my mods, so I decided to start fresh. The mods I'm working with are Hairstyle Day, PT's Vibrant Colors, Lesatho Tattoos, Improved Atmosphere, ZDF, and Neutral Female Armours. The first three are the only ones that affect the CC, with Lesatho's Tattoos being dds files and not a chargenmorph. I was also using Bandit's Emporium which worked like a DLC, but it seemed to have been causing everything else to not show up so I got rid of all traces of it. When I started up anew with the few mods I wanted, BE and my DLC worked, but nothing else. I again went on a BE purge to be sure(a few files got left over), remerged my chargenmorphs, and loaded up. Well now BE is gone, but my mods still won't show. I've tried removing some of the CC related ones but still nothing.

I was just a derp who left the chargenmorph in the wrong folder :/ I forgot it also needed to be in the override

I can' count the number of times I've done the same thing (I swap mine out from time to time and put them in the wrong folder all the time). x.x

I got to spend a lot of time with my family too, I'm close with almost all of them but don't get to see them that often because of distance. <3

Modding DAO is soooooo haaaaaaaard sometimes~ My canon playthrough is stalled just before the Landsmeet because the game keeps crashing if I go into Denerim, or lagging down to frozen during the Landsmeet cutscenes! XP I know a mod/mods are the culprit, I just have no idea which, and it's so hard to reinstall everything after taking it back to vanilla.

TLDR I feel your pain. X3
