I swear I answered this! O.O I feel like romancing Blackwall is a lot like romancing Anders in that way. You can tell they are both super torn about entering into the relationship because they are both hiding something major from you, but they love you and don't wanna be without you. Only...Blackwall doesn't cause a shit ton of problems with his secret. (Damn it Anders!) Whereas Solas is just like:

I somehow ended up playing DA2 again (I swear I was trying to beat all 3 ME games but Fenris made me do it) today because I finally got the last of the DLC that I was missing and I'm super hoping that DA4 (there is going to be a 4 right? there better be a 4!) will have Zevran, Fenris, and Iron Bull all in them. I really want to hear the party banter between those 3. - Wouldn't it be amazing?

I never thought about it, but you're right about Blackwall/Anders! Ditto to the DAMMIT ANDERS!

I think Solas obviously shows regret, but the fate of an entire race rests upon his shoulders and he clearly feels that must be out ahead of all else. "The needs of the many..." and such. (Is my nerdiness showing?) He also reiterates every step of the way that things are complicated and the relationship isn't a good idea.

DA simply has the best characters! I may be alone in this, but I am hoping DA4 (there HAS to be a DA4!) will still have Flemeth in some capacity. She's always a minor character, but a pivotal one.

As for party dialogue -- even combos that don't seem that great offer some AMAZING dialogue! That's what keeps me playing over and over again. All of the different variations keep giving new and usually wonderful, dialogue!

For DA1 the Morrigan, Oghren, and Zevron has got, imo, the best punchline! Your fav?

In DA:O it would probably be Zevran, Oghren, and Wynne. I love how flustered they make her. Lol. DA2 would be...Carver/Bethany, Isabela, and Fenris. Same reasons with how flustered they make Carver/Bethany. (Though me and Isabela need to talk about her coming on to Fenris so much.) DA:I would be...hard. Iron Bull, Sera, and Dorian is always a fun combo to have though. The trouble the 3 of them can get into if left alone....

I sadly can't get trespasser or decent unless I get it on PC so...I kinda had to spoil the whole thing for myself to find out about the Solas romance AFTER he left me and the breach. I can't wait to play them one day but for now, I just romance EVERYONE and always end up with Bull. (Sarah Michelle Gellar better watch out!) I don't feel his regret though. I've watched a million playthroughs of Trespasser and he just seems so chill about it while I am sitting here screaming at the screen asking why he abandoned our love.

Flemeth, I'm hoping, has a contingency plan for what happened to her. Much like she did in DA:O/DA2. I am hoping she comes in as a Dragon though too. I want a real dragon that is badass, not all these winged beasts I kill cuz it turns Bull into a happy 3 yo in Toys'R'Us. I mean, fighting her dragon form in Origins was wicked fun.

[edit] After thought. While I LOVE how Dorian's character is set up and that he is a male only character. I wanna romance him so bad as a female! I feel like we would have so much fun together, and I wanna have party banter between him and Bull about it. Cuz I'm special like that...

Bummer about Tresspasser! I have it on my playbox -- got all the DLCs during a sale about 6 mos ago I think. I did make Dorian promise me that I will always be his hag and his GFF if he ever hops the fence! ;) In fact, I was heartbroken by more than one love interest in this epilogue -- so guard your heart should you ever play!

I think it would be wicked bad if Flemeth was a dragon and she fought WITH your party in DA4. Who knows? Maybe she'll help us track down Solas so we can demand to know why he threw our love away! THAT will teach him how to treat a gal! ROFL

I would love to see all three of them return. XD (And yeah, pretty sure DA4 is going to be announced at E3 this year, because of some hints on twitter last winter). <3 I really want Sigrun and Nathaniel Howe back. XD I'd love to see either (or both) of them as party members. Just think of Nate and Zevran! (Especially since Oghren makes comments about the Warden "picking up another Zevran" or something like that). And Fenris and Nathaniel could be the broody brigade.

Supposedly you can romance everyone in Origins all at the same time and avoid the penalties if you do things in the right order and choose the right dialogue options, but I just can never remember how. won't let you get serious with more than one and I never played 2 enough to try. I only played it twice. I would do it again now that I've played 3. Maybe I'll like it better now. I remember it was so much easier to be a rogue than in the first one... You just never have enough stats in the first one since you need 20 str to wear any decent armor. lol I prefer to play though as every possible class and with every possible skill set. I do dislike being a dwarf though. You can't ever see anything and you make a terrible archer! lol

I sided w/the mages both times in 2, so I'll have to try the templar thing next go 'round. Played DAO and DAI so many times I have sided with everyone and done every possible outcome. I'm about to finish my umpteenth time at Trespasser and I still am thinking about my next file... I just really suck at being a warrior in 3 -- esp sword and shield. I always forget to generate guard. lol Anyway, I should take a break and try 2 again. It's been so long it will probably feel all new again. :) Any tips?

Most of what I saw was second hand, teased on Tumblr. A while back, Mark Darrah teased a picture of a red book with a tower and flames over the top of it (and a wolf's head appearing in the flames). Though, based on the video I just watched here, it looks like it was just DA:I stuff. XD When pressed about it, he made comments that led me to believe we might hear more at E3 (and I think we will still, even if the game is still farther out). <3 There's a lot of good info on the page I linked though! c:

If you want to play as a warrior, (but can't generate guard) there are some fade touched materials (I think iron, obsidian, and silverite) that add guard with each hit when added to a schematic! c:

Yeah -- I hate using those for a warrior if I can help it. I like to give those to the stabby rogues. I will cheat and use them myself if I must. lol

I wish we could get the bees mod during the game and not just in trespasser. I love the commotion when you've got multiple bee weapons/armors and the Aegis dome going plus exploding things and flames, etc... I usually end up just sitting there and laughing at all the MAYHEM! ;D

How awesome would it be if you could get a schematic for the Jade Ham and mod it with bees? ROFL

I completely understand. XD Since I play on my PC (mostly) I have mods that let me buy whatever fadetouched stuff I want from the vendors in Val Royeaux. So, almost everyone runs around with at least one bee weapon and guard on hit armor. It's the best. XD

UPDATE 6/20: JOH keeps freezing when I get close enough to a rift for demons to spawn. Which is weird, because literally nothing else is causing the game to freeze. Guess I've gotta go down my mod list until I figure out the culprit. grumble grumble
