True! Although I think it would still take server space, which is what I think they don't want to allocate anymore. Can't hurt to try, though.

I would think that a corp that large, the server space would be nothing to them. Staff wages would be their biggest expense. I should check it out sometime before they toss it. Who knows what info I might find...

David got the headlines, but rumor has it there have been numerous reassignments & departures. I dk the industry that well, so idk if this is the norm & these people are making mountains out of molehills, or if this a major shake up. I can't attribute it to a named source/s within the company, and I have no idea about details. Two reasons that make me go looking for confirmation/denial elsewhere.

Ah okay, other than Gaider I hadn't heard anything but then again I'm not really paying attention. So I was worried it was Weekes or someone else.

Other than David, two other staff members left: Chris Schlerf, who was the lead writer for Andromeda, and Cameron Harris, senior editor for Inquistion, SWTOR and Andromeda.

Almost wish I didn't, lol. Dragon Age 4 should be in good hands with Patrick Weekes, but us Mass Effect fans are rather worried about the fate of Andromeda. Losing two lead writers and one senior editor is terrible news for Bioware.

Yup, that's why. Well, David Gaider is at Beamdog now, probably working on the Baldur's Gate expansion. It's no secret he's really passionate about BG so I think he has always wanted to go back to it at some point. Chris left for Bungie and is a lead writer for Destiny, I think. Harris actually left the video game industry (or so I've read). That's all I know about it, sorry.
