I think there are plenty of NYT being given out. There are so many and they are so affordable that my hoarding instincts have kicked in and now I'm squirreling some away.

I've been very happy with the drop rate. I've been getting 10-20 per day just doing the bare minimum of questing. And I like that there's a bit of a cap of points a user could get per day, short of using an autorefresher to farm REs.

I do wish the older items were a bit cheaper because I'm lazy and want everything for free, but I understand that users want their stuff to retain it's value.

Yeah I've been pleased with the rate too. I managed to get everything I needed this year, pick up some of the old stickers I'd missed out on and have 150+ to spare. And I haven't even maxed my quests every day. So thumbs up from me!

but all the quests give out their own rewards other than qp. They should definitely get the same love that other quests due when it comes to WSQ, QP, special currencies, etc... Anything that would encourage more people to do BQs and expand the battle community even just a bit is a great idea. MD needs it just to be fair :P.

For what it's worth, I have done most quests most days and I have gathered about 250-300 tokens this year. That doesn't even cover what I want from the 2009 shop still (and I have purchased things in previous years).

I experience decrease in tokens given out, first week I got around 80 daily, this week is max 50, while doing exactly the same amount of questing. That's more than enough to buy regular NY shop items, but when someone tries to get all of the old restockables... but then again, token price is not too high in user shops, I've been getting what I need this way so not really complaining.

I never had an issue with the drop rate of NY Tokens, especially since quests have been giving them out for so long. We're currently on day twelve of fourteen. Last year it went on for ten days (originally supposed to be a week, but was extended), the year before it was a week.

I have to agree with others, the rate is a lot better than previous years. Although I can't buy everything this year (old items), I am just going to wait and save till next year. I could see more of a complaint if they were retiring and you don't have the time to save. But everything is a-okay! :)

If I'm able to do all quests I gain 60-70 NY tokens. Adding the ones that I find outside the quests.. I think the dropping rate is fine.

Forum raffles on the other hand.. pfff.

I have started to notice this too, just not enough days ..

I haven't received any where near what other people are commenting with. I have 46 tokens in there now with having bought maybe 100 tokens worth of items and that's maxing out my quests as often as I can. I am glad items aren't retiring and I will be able to buy more items next year. This takes some of the pressure off.

I received 72 New Year Tokens today and am happy about that :)

I mean I just realized I need about 1500 MORE tokens in order to finish buying everything in the shop so suddenly I am feeling the same 'THERE'S NOT ENOUGH TOKENS! !!!!!!' as some of these other folks ..

Drop is okay, just can't pick up what I want from previous years with the current rate. But as others have said thats a want/greed not a need.

I get about 30-35 daily which is fine for me because I just resell them and I never do every quest, but if I wanted all the items in the shop I might be a little bothered by it...

Really? I think I've gotten plenty, but maybe I've just gotten lucky. I seem to get at least 40 a day (and that's not the "bad" days). I haven't quested in a couple days, but I'll try today and report back.

I'm quite satisfied. I started off doing every quest possible daily, but I've tapered off because I have so many tokens. Granted, I already had most of the older items I wanted so I only needed a few extra tokens. So like others have said, I didn't feel the added pressure.

I got 2 tokens from Wiz quests today :( Now way gonna get all the things i need :(
