I played some Blade & Soul last night. Miraculously, I got all of the gear I needed from Blackram Narrows for my Warlock in one run... With the entire team being nothing but Warlocks. Got super lucky. I think I'mma play it some more later today once I finish this piece.

nyum soap. I'm baking brownies for Jawalji's birthday. It was yesterday. I meant to do it then, but I haven't been feelin' so hot lately. I feel okay-ish today, so brownies today it is!

I actually had to do my own research. I went to a doc since my thyroid test results came back normal. Unfortunately, I got there, they told me a totally different price than what they were giving other people, refused to accept my government insurance card as proof of no insurance for the sliding scale, and tried charging me $125 for a "first time patient fee" and also refused to tell me if my insurance would even cover it. It was a god awful mess. I walked out, went home, and my mom sent me a few links that really made me start thinking so I looked into it more...
Turns out... Depo Provera, the birth control shot, has been giving tons of women the same exact symptoms of hypothyroidism without the test results being positive for it. Sometimes, it starts once they start the shot, sometimes they have to be on it for awhile, and some even started experiencing these problems once they got OFF the shot. So... I'm stopping all birth control entirely (no shot, no pills, no patch, no IUD...) and am going to go on a diet and exercise routine. If it works, great, but if I have no improvement in my mood, my weight, or my energy levels by the end of the year, I'm going to look into an all-natural thyroid medication, as synthetic medications have been causing more issues for those who take it due to Depo causing their problems.

Ah yeah, I remember reading some stuff about Depo Provera before that it had bad side effects :s I really hope it works <3 If not.. then I'll be sending jugs of orange juice >:0 (and cranberry juice)
Missouri is one of the worst states for any kind of medical help, sadly. Oh well.
I knew about some of the side effects, but I had NO IDEA that it could cause some type of hypothyroidism. Pisses me off I was never told this... and I started it when I was 14!
I hope it works, too. Tired of being mopey and miserable and fat. :C

I guess so. I slept a bit better finally, so I have a tiny bit more energy today. I'm trying to write up the second commission now, or at least some of it for the day. Never really did fanfic, so this will be interesting, I guess.
